Hello prospective farmers, due to popular demand and request, we have good news for those have been asking us for good farmland location in ogun state to site their farms.
We know good locations for these kind of agric land:

2 All kinds of animal husbandry like piggery, poultry, snail farming, goats etc
3 cassava and maize plantation
4 palm kernel

The land is sold in acres. An acre is 150,000 per acre, above 5 acres there is a 20,000 discount.Land locations are obafemi-owode local government and odeda local government in ogun state.

There is a survey title for both land. Land can be charted and checked at ministry of lands for verification by interested buyers/farmer.

I have up to 1.5m at hand the truth is I love this fish farming I base in abj as I said the land I have is 25×50 which I have not even paid for it is not close to any swamp how den do I do eaten pond. Am thinking the water won't hold in the pond. Can you please advice me.

will I need someone on guard to secure the plant and farm produce or do i need to fence the farmland?

Also, kindly describe how to access the farmland at obafemi owode.
