Assuming my driver delivers goods from Lagos to Abuja. On his way back he picks load to Lagos and he doesn't remit the proceeds to me because he knows that there is no way I will know he carried load. Is there a way I can know, e.g mounting camera?

Truth is I don't doubt it bf, but wen I inform my relatives of my intention on 200,000 per acre. They were like 200,000?per acre?? ? Dat they don't believe, dat I should be careful oooooo dat scammers full everywhere ooo. Dat some ppl might even take u to as land dat is not theirs and claim it is their own and u will pay, after that the rest na story. Please wat can you say about dis??please I don't mean to spoil ur biz ooo, just letting you outside opinion abt it

Your concerns are genuine but not entirely true in all situation. The farm land we sell are 100% genuine and authentic they are also free from omo onile or villagers wahala.

While you see 200k for 1 acre as too small some clients see it as too much and bargain down to 180 or 150 if buying over 10 acres. please do not be worried to proceed with us. Rest of mind is certain. Thank you
