This is an opportunity for potential investors to invest into truck business in partnership with our company. we offer transport services to the granite stones and sand industry in Abeokuta,Ogun state and due to our large client base, we are in need of more trucks. we have fixed returns we give to you on each truck every week( Fixed in the sense that no condition will ever make us not to pay you except if your truck breaks down or in need of repairs). You don't have to be in Abeokuta before you can invest in this business as we pay into your bank account first thing every Monday. If you wish, you can install GPS tracking device on your trucks to know its location at any given time. For 6 tires truck, we pay you GUARANTEED 30,000 and on 14,18,26 tires truck we pay you GUARANTEED 120,000 weekly . all terms and conditions are under sealed agreement, so you are protected and returns on your investment is SEALED!!! new management system recently introduced. we decided to adopt this system because we discovered investors feel more comfortable with it. We have 2 types of management styles: a) In the first management system, Penthouse Industry will be solely responsible for all truck maintenance including parts and servicing ‘EXCEPT’ engine, gear and axle replacement or repair. From experience, engine, gear and axle do not breakdown in the first 10-11 months. This means you do not get to be disturbed about any breakdown or delay in repairs. You only receive your Monthly payment. We however deduct 25% from your Monthly returns for months of January, February, March and April. 20% for months of May, June and December. 15% for months of July, August, September, October and November. This system allows investor to plan very well as they don’t get bothered about maintenance cost. It also gives rest of mind especially when investor does not have an independent supervisor to verify repair claims. b) In this second option, we cover expenses of not more than 5,000 Naira per week on the truck. The 5,000 can be one-time or accumulated. Any other repair/replacement higher than 5000 Naira ( or after 5000 must have been expended for that week) will be bore by investor Also note that all our trucks are fully insured ( comprehensive insurance policy for goods in transit) with Mansard insurance. in-case of accident or casualty, they pay claims promptly. so rest of mind is assured in the business. I will be looking forward to any further inquiry or questions you might have Regards Penthouse Industry Limited(Rc 418942) Oluseye Olayiwola 07069457328, 08090938426

Love this thread and I will share my experience just to help potential investors and those that wish to start their biz soon.. I'm in to truck management and transport( granite stones, sand and dust to be specific) and I do have people who brings in their truck to me to manage for them and in return, I pay them every week. Business has been good and rewarding(both for me and truck owners) until I managed 2 tokunbo IVECO trucks for someone. Unknown to me, those trucks have had engine problems right from abroad where the got them. So I went ahead to agree on payment terms of GAURANTEED 50,000 naira( which is what I pay to other 6 tires truck owners) on each truck, making 100,000 naira/week for the two trucks. I was quick to get the trucks to work and I only enjoyed the trucks for just only 2 months before it started to develop problems. I had to use my personal fund to pay this truck owner for like 2months( as we could only do skeletal job with his truck and I couldn't complain that much because I have agreed on FIXED returns for him). It was after 2 months I had to tell the man that I couldn't go on with our agreement because they have not been working fine. Since then I learnt my lesson to always ascertain trucks potential investors are bringing to him and also tell them we are going to test the truck for 2 weeks before I reach final agreement with them |
