Solemn plea to all those know have been disturbing us for our lpo. If you know you are not capable of delivering the requested supplies, pls do not bother us with us calls or mails.
We almost miss our delivery target for this week due to some un serious suppliers who have our lpo and whom we didn't want to disappoint by re-issuing their lpo to other serious suppliers since last week.
so to prospective suppliers who wish to do business with us, we implore you to do your background work before you request for an LPO from us. This is a serious business arrangement and not a child's play. Thank you

mayorteeny: IF you were to buy the trucks on one's behalf and then operate it how much would it cost (for both the 6-tyre truck and the 14-tyre own)

price depends on truck model and manufacturer. for DAF 6 tires, price ranges between 2.4m - 2.5, while for iveco, it ranges between 2.3-2.4m. while for articulated truck price range from 6.5m -7m.. for man diesel and mack trucks, the price is much more higher.

note all prices price given above should cover documentation necessary to put the truck on the road for use

The truck area of operations will be ogun state, ibadan and lagos state. The operation base is abeokuta in ogun state. The returns we pay is FIXED and GAURANTEED and this is because we do not want to give stories at the end of the week.

Our trucks are driven by our company trained drivers as they know our mode of operations and they are accustomed with our supply routes.

We pay returns weekly and amount paid depends on the type of truck you submit to us.

Presently, we need six(6 tires) trucks and articulated trucks ( i.e trucks with more with 14 tires or more). the truck should either be a tokunbo truck or brand new. and in case it has been used in Nigeria, its usage history should not be more than six(6 months).

Type of truck needed: DUMP TRUCK( BUCKET BODY)

Truck models: DAF, IVECO, JAC, MACK, VOLVO, MAN DIESEL,FOTON,SINOTRUCK

The Breakdown of the weekly returns are stated below:

>>> 6 tires truck====30, 000 naira weekly

>>> Articulated trucks( i.e trucks with more 14 tires or more)===120,000 weekly

new management system recently introduced. we decided to adopt this system because we discovered investors feel more comfortable with it.
We have 2 types of management styles:

a) In the first management system, Penthouse Industry will be solely responsible for all truck maintenance including parts and servicing ‘EXCEPT’ engine, gear and axle replacement or repair. From experience, engine, gear and axle do not breakdown in the first 10-11 months. This means you do not get to be disturbed about any breakdown or delay in repairs. You only receive your Monthly payment. We however deduct 25% from your Monthly returns for months of January, February, March and April. 20% for months of May, June and December. 15% for months of July, August, September, October and November.This system allows investor to plan very well as they don’t get bothered about maintenance cost. It also gives rest of mind especially when investor does not have an independent supervisor to verify repair claims.


b) In this second option, we cover expenses of not more than 5,000 Naira per week on the truck. The 5,000 can be one-time or accumulated. Any other repair/replacement higher than 5000 Naira ( or after 5000 must have been expended for that week) will be bore by investor


Also note that all our trucks are fully insured ( comprehensive insurance policy for goods in transit) with Mansard insurance. in-case of accident or casualty, they pay claims promptly. so rest of mind is assured in the business.

I'm so certain that 90% of those arguing in favour of GEJ didn't watch the interview. I watched the interview and sincerely, I felt ashamed for Nigeria. This is because amanpour confidently know GEJ is lying when he said corruption is on the decrease and that there will be stable electricity before the end of the year. Or what could make her give a side lip smile when GEJ said there will be stable electricity by end of 2013?
GEJ also gave us the greatest shocker when he said ' power OUTAGE is now stable'..isn't outage stable really? Or who amony NLers enjoyed 24hrs power supply lately?
CNN rubbed it back at us when they played banky W musical video as a closing shot and amanpour concluded with a brief description of poor state of lagos state and how nigerians are happy despite been governed by corrupt leaders. Forget it peeps, GEJ lacks confidence

Let's the supply keep coming in...first 210 tons of soya bean seed already supplied and also 90 tons of maize. Still looking for supplier for yellow shoghum..

For that our contact in kaduna, soya bean seed has been increased to 82,000 per ton.. I know you must be smiling as this is good news to you. I will send you a text as soon as your lpo is prepared today.
