Please Friends, I'm using Redmi Note 9 pro, and still haven't gotten update for long now, it's still on MIUI 12.0.3 and anytime I wants to update, it keeps saying updates not available, meanwhile I've seen most people using Same device that have MIUI 12.5.5 even MIUI 13.5 self, Please I really need help upgrading mine

even my guy bought his own and he can ringtone but mine can't change i hate this phone my guy told me that they have itel type techno type and gionee type even other types am confused |
