I am paying myself. Guess the dr was trying to play a fast one on me 'cos she realised that she'll get her full cash value as the insurance coys would definitely not have agreed to pay.

I'm fine o, just upset about some ridiculous bill i received from the dr's office. I was charged 250 for scan that i did not request for besides they gave a confusing analysis and asked me to do another one again for the same 250(500 in total).

Hope our bags are packed ooo cos most of us would port to August. From 37 weeks baby is already full term so they might make their grand entrance anytime, lets be prepared.
I hope nobody is like me that haven't finished shopping talk less of packing , the lord is my muscle.
My back pain is out of this world these days, I think Ayomide grew a lot bigger these last few days... unfortunately I can't check his weight cos price of scan here ehn!

Lord our heavenly father we thank you for bringing us this far in this beautiful journey you have blessed us with. We pray that you see us to the end of this journey with our healthy babies in our arms, with supernatural deliveries, uncomplicated labors, no more loses in Jesus name.
We pray for our teammates that suffered loses, we pray you console them and give them reasons to glorify your holy name very soon, in Jesus name.
We thank you for our families and DH's, for providing us with the material things we would need to take care of your children that you have assigned to us to raise on earth.
We commit our TTC mothers into your hands oh lord, many of them are losing faith because they are yet to see the manifestation of your word that NONE SHALL BE BARREN. Lord we pray for renewed faith in them for you and that their blessings of the fruit come sooner than they expect, in Jesus name.

Thanks for checking up on us. Had a scan to check the baby's weight and she was 6.2 pounds at 34wks 3 days, is that ok? i am officially waddling like an overfed toad. Started Lamaze classes today and loved it. I hope time runs as fast as possible. Just cant wait.

Better prefer the August EDD because of school. You know some schools ask that a child should be a particular age before the 1st of September.

But it's already 3 weeks I had the surgery oh...

I had a surgery quite similar to CS and i had my bath immediately i left the hospital(4 days after). Just try and avoid getting the area wet by covering it up.

Hahaaa... will ship a container load of big fat fresh tomatoes and a tanker of fuel... would you prefer 100 dollar bills or make i make am 20s so it will go round.
I got two EDDs, 28th of Aug(as per my 1st scan) and 2nd of sept(subsequent scans), really hoping it comes on the second EDD. i am expecting a girl and honestly i cant wait o.

Beremx, do a pregnancy test to reassure yourself. You know sometimes menstrual symptoms mimic pregnancy symptoms.
If it is negative, you may want to look into family planning in order to rest your mind.

Ijeomaobi, easy with the exercises. Don't over stress. The pressure you feel is your baby engaging.

Aunty Damysa, you still haven't plenty room there for baby to turn, flip and do all sorts. Chill till like 37 weeks or 38 sef before panicking. And pop in more often cos I'm sure you haven't many experience to share with us.

Oh Oh... i got caught...thought i could sneak in and out, abeg make una no vex o. Really learnt a lot from you guys o. First time mum and expecting my little angel in September.

I got them from Facebook swap/sale pages. Usually, every city has a Facebook based sale site (much like craigslist). Everybody can post what they have for sale and you offer what you feel you wanna pay for the item. You can then bargain and meet a compromise with the seller.

I joined my city's baby sale pages (like 6 or 7...not sure) and I just browse through what they have. I was looking to buy diapers, and when the seller posted the diapers for sale, I contacted her, we bargained on a price and reached a compromise. Most of these people sell those items cheap because they have no use for them anymore and they don't wanna go through the hassle of having to return them to the store. Some also get them dirt cheap because they used coupons while buying, especially at drugstores like CVS, Walgreens or Riteaid who usually have sales on diapers all the time anyways.

I will advise you not to buy too much diapers cos i'm pretty sure you'll get lots of it after you give birth. Just buy a few packs of Newborn and Size 1s. I already bought a lot of diapers, but that was because they have all these cheap deal sites here, so I got it dirt cheap. I got Huggies Little Snugglers and Little Movers Plus, Newborn, Size 1, Size 2 and Size 3 totaling around 750 diapers in all for $60.
But if you're gonna be paying full price, just buy a little and see what you get when the baby comes cos you cannot return them and you might not use it all.

Sis please can you recommend the link to such sites cos i realised that it doesnt come cheap even in regular US stores e.g babies 'r' us, publix etc. I would really appreciate your help.

Hello Everyone, thank you so much for all your educative posts. I have been studying them like a student preparing for an exam. First time mom due in Sept and going to Tampa. Any one ever had a baby in tampa. Would really appreciate you sharing your experiences.
