FoodRe: Dishes You Know You Can Cook Anytime, Anyday by jammin(m): 2:40am On Dec 21, 2006
doing something with fish righ now. will modify because i don't want my fishes to burn
ok. am back. got 4 reasonable size fish. don't know the name, only know that they are  pink.

i deep fried them in soya oil. bringing them to just past golden brown. prior to frying them i had added salt and backpepper to them. sorry for the omiss.

I had sliced a big purple onion, chopped a medium size tomato a sprig of eskellion,a piece of thyme and a peg of garlic.
I also had remove excess oil from the sauce pan i was using. so i then added all those ingredients to the hot fish oil remaining in the pan.
stirring constantly wait until you begin to smell the flavors being released from the different condiments, reduce flame and add fishes once again. this is to catch the flavours into the fishes.
after about 2 minutes remove fishes and add water to the flavored oil mix. add kraft barBq sauce. i like the one with honey. bring that mixture to a soft boil, then once again reduce flame. add the fishes and allow to simmer adding a tin of green peas. simmer to the point where the liquid in the pan is part gravy part oil. turn off stove

cook rice as usual. i use an old pressure cooker cause the bottom is thick. (never had much use for rice cookers) i usually cover my rice with 3/4 inch of water to ensure a shelly type of cook. after rice is finish. dish out  the din din.

and that is my meal for today. grin
Dating And Meet-up ZoneRe: Searching For AN African Lady! Tribe Irrelevant! by jammin(op): 1:49am On Dec 21, 2006
please enjoy my attempt at poetry

there is this girl from chersoravia
her name is moyeba
said she like ice cream
and i should not be mean
so i named her anthomoyeba
she will always win
without even try
because this kind of girl
she tells no lie
my ebony delight
no, not as dark as night
but a perfect african hue
a refreshing smile
thats free from guile
her lips,soft with morning dew.

so what do you people think? publishable? your comments.

Without vision a people perish. I suppose the same can be said of a man or individual.
I am sure that in the recent past there was a "love" affair(heavily covered by the media) of a young boy 14yrs i believe, and a grown attractive woman who happened to be the boy's teacher.
I am no intellectual quack, so i do recognize that ANYTHING conceivable, is not outside the scope of reality. So my suggestion is to continue to pursue the storyline, who knows, it might be the next Nollywood blockbuster.
RomanceRe: Would You Marry A Person Who Doesn't Have College Education? by jammin(m): 9:51pm On Dec 20, 2006
Education is only as important as the society you live in. Lots of American and Brits don't have a uni degree yet they hire people and "Lord "it over people who does.
Having an Education is a fairly decent guarantee of a life that is above mendicancy and homelessness. This however, is true if you live in a society that have a productive capacity to accommodate your skills. There are countries where Masters degree holders are going to their bed hungry because of lack of opportunity.
While on the other hand High school dropouts in a different society is making more money than some Masters Degree holders will see in a lifetime.
So the question now become, is it the learning i am looking for in a partner? or the ability to sustain a quality of life where finances become a non issue?
RomanceRe: Would You Date Or Marry A Nigerian Girl If She Smokes And Drinks? by jammin(m): 9:22pm On Dec 20, 2006
i just hate a society that put pressure on people to adopt their norms. smoke, drink as much as you like. someone will love you irrespective of the habit.
habits can change. its the real person inside that counts. I would marry a girl that smoke and drink  over any conniving woman.
