Chelsea’s new manager, Enzo Maresca, has been busy clearing out the club’s deadwood, with more than 20 players relegated to the “bomb squad” – a group of players forced to train away from their teammates in a purgatorial wait for a transfer. The list includes some big names, and we’re taking a closer look at who’s been axed, why they’ve been cast aside, and where they might end up next. Here is the revised article: Raheem Sterling, 29 Raheem Sterling, 29, was once a star signing for Chelsea, but his £50m move from Manchester City has yielded just 19 goals in 81 games. His market value is £30m, and he’s likely to attract interest from several top clubs. Ben Chilwell, 27 Ben Chilwell, 27, is another England international who’s struggled to find his footing at Chelsea. His injury problems have limited his game time, and he’s unlikely to command a high fee. A move to a mid-table Premier League club could be on the cards. Kepa Arrizabalaga, 29 Kepa Arrizabalaga, 29, was once the world’s most expensive goalkeeper, but his career at Chelsea has been marked by inconsistency and poor form. His market value is just £10m, and he may have to take a pay cut to secure a move. Romelu Lukaku, 31 Romelu Lukaku, 31, was once the Belgian record goal scorer, but his Chelsea career has been underwhelming. He’s likely to return to Italy, where he’ll hope to rediscover his best form. Chelsea will need to take a significant loss on his £98m transfer fee. Trevoh Chalobah, 25 Trevoh Chalobah, 25, was an academy graduate who impressed under Thomas Tuchel. However, the influx of new center-backs has relegated him to the bomb squad. He’ll likely attract interest from mid-table Premier League clubs. Deivid Washington, 19 Deivid Washington, 19, was signed from Brazil for £17m but has made just three appearances for Chelsea. His market value is £7.6m, and he may struggle to find a buyer at that price. Angelo, 19 Angelo, 19, was another Brazilian signing who’s never played for Chelsea. He’s likely to join another European club on loan or in a permanent deal. David Datro Fofana, 21 David Datro Fofana, 21, has some top-level experience on loan at Union Berlin and Burnley but has scored only five goals in 30 games. His market value is £10.2m, and he may attract interest from Premier League clubs looking for a forward with potential. Lucas Bergstrom, 21 Lucas Bergstrom, 21, is a Finnish goalkeeper who’s struggled to break into the first team. He may need to join another club on loan before securing a permanent move. Armando Broja, 22 Armando Broja, 22, is an Albania international striker who’s set to join Ipswich on loan with a £30m fee conditional on Premier League survival. He’ll hope to establish himself as a regular goal scorer. Tino Anjorin, 22 Tino Anjorin, 22, has been at Chelsea for 16 years but has made only five appearances for the senior side. He may need to join another club on loan before securing a permanent move. Alex Matos, 19 Alex Matos, 19, joined Chelsea from Norwich but has already been relegated to the bomb squad. His market value is £1m, and he may attract interest from European clubs looking for a young attacking midfielder. Harvey Vale, 20 Harvey Vale, 20, has spent time on loan at Bristol Rovers and has managed five appearances for the senior side. He may need to join another club on loan before securing a permanent move. As for the remaining players whose futures are unclear, Conor Gallagher has already left for Atletico Madrid, while others have joined clubs on loan or will spend the season elsewhere. Whether they’ll have a place in the main squad next term remains to be seen. It’s fair to assume that players who didn’t make the matchday squad against Manchester City haven’t been axed. The likes of Djordje Petrovic and Marcus Bettinelli may be vying for the same third-choice goalkeeper position. Ultimately, Maresca’s decision to clear out the deadwood will give him more freedom to shape the team in his image and bring in new players who fit his vision. Hmm, I think its better to start a movement to stop bra production, the ladies will feel relaxed while we guys love to also see them braless, am I making sense? Channah1: |
Yeah. Its a massive feelings for her. |
Weel, as a kid I can't really picture my mom or sisters wearing a bra while growing up, I was too young to watch them dress or UnCloth. But as an adult, I've noticed the inconveniences of bras among a series of my girlfriends, none of them have ever gone to bed without their bras on. Also bra wearing for ladies can be compared to socks for men, I always feel cool anytime I remove my socks after work. |
Yeah, that's true, I agree with you. One million followers is not an easy achievement, it's a job well done. |
It was a joy to behold today as Nollywood actress, Georgina Ibeh had a milestone achievement on Instagram- she amassed a total of One-million followers. Thank you for following , commenting and Liking all I do, God bless una oooo . “CONGRATULATIONS TO ME ” She wrote on her page as she uploaded a beautiful picture of herself displaying the milestone achievement. Kokomma’s own point of view was accusing Instagram of pinning accounts randomly, she was optimistic that Georgina will surpass the 1M mark in a matter of time. She wrote “Organic ones baby. Congratulations. If it’s not the ig m*dness pinning accounts down. You should exceeded this. Love you G baby. More Mills to come.” Out of the five celebrities captured, Ebube Nwaguru is the only one in the comment section who is yet to be verified or have a million followers on Instagram, she added her comment “E sweet me” with a love emoji. Former Super Eagles defender, Augustine Eguavoen reflects on the 2-1 World Cup encounter loss to Argentina in the 1994 FIFA World Cup match played at Foxboro Stadium, Foxborough, Massachusetts, United States. He branded the event “A game I can never forget” in which Argentina we’re trailing by a goal scored by Samson Siasia in the eighth minute before Claudio Caniggia’s brace sealed the victory for the South Americans. On June 21, 1994, Argentina had beaten Greece in the first match of Group D, later in the evening, on the same day, Nigeria on the other hand triumphed over their European minors, Bulgaria by three goals scored by the late Rashidi Yekini, Daniel Amokachi, and Emmanuel Amunike. “Today makes it 28 years since we faced one of the Greatest of all Time, Diego Armando Maradona. “A game I can never forget. v ,” he wrote on his Instagram page, accompanied by a tactical video explaining what went wrong in the match. “It’s difficult to plan against Maradona, may his soul rest in peace, I think Amando Maradona is one of the best players I’ve ever played against. I think he’s one of the best players on Earth until he passed away,” said the 54-year-old. Ranked 5th by FIFA, the African Champions made their debut at the World Cup in Nigeria’s history, the former Super Eagles coach mentioned that the loss to the Argentines was due to the lack of experience and loss of concentration in the squad. Speaking about the Free-kick that led to Caniggia’s second goal, he explained, “I think we were about five in the wall, in this position, Rufai was right there trying to set up the wall.” Pointing at the tactical devices on the board, he continued further, “and Caniggia was just there, I will say, I will take the blame, why am I taking the blame? For you to set up a wall, you have to turn completely to face your goalkeeper to tell you what he wants, I turned, I was taking a look at Rufai, and he said ok, move here a little bit, ok wall is set, the wall is okay. “As soon as I was turning back to face the ball, that was when Maradona slotted the ball to Caniggia, so I would say we were a bit naive and that’s inexperience,” he concluded. Group D was also notable for the end of Diego Maradona’s international career. Maradona, who was Argentina’s captain and star player, was found to contain ephedrine, a performance-enhancing stimulant, in his system after being subjected to an anti-doping test held during their match with Nigeria.[1] In his absence, Argentina would lose their final group match against Bulgaria, and were eliminated by Romania 3–2 at the Round of 16. Maradona’s only goal in the tournament against Greece would prove to be his last for Argentina. The group consisted of Argentina, Greece, Nigeria and Bulgaria. Nigeria won the group on goal difference, Bulgaria finished second and Argentina qualified as one of the best third-placed teams (Bulgaria defeated Argentina in the group stage, thus their higher rank). Both Nigeria and Argentina were eliminated by Romania and Italy in the Knockout Round of the competition, with Italy losing to the eventual champions, Brazil in the final after a goalless 120 minutes- the match being the first FINAL in a World Cup history to be determined by a penalty shootout. It has been understood that Manchester United are playing a waiting game for Barcelona ahead of their pursuit of the Netherlands international Frenkie de Jong, according to reports. The club’s new manager Erik Ten Hag has directed their Sporting Director to sign De Jong, claiming that the 25-year-old is his main target, and others could follow afterward. The former Ajax midfielder, now plying his trade with Barcelona would attract a fee in the region of 70m Euros the report claims. La Liga giants, Barcelona are holding onto one of their price assets although they are likely to sell due to the financial woes afflicting the club. Moreover, it was understood that United is being clever in the negotiations, unlikely to summit another bid until late June when Barca will be required to submit their financial account to La Liga ahead of the 2022/2023 season, giving Manchester United the edge for Frankie to be signed at a reduced price around 59m Euros. Christian Eriksen is seen as an addition to the Manchester United squad rather than an alternative to De Jong as they’ve lost a host of central midfielders and also couldn’t hold on to the departing Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard whose contracts ended this campaign. Nevertheless, Ten Hag wants to use the chunk of the transfer budget to sign De Jong and then use the remaining funds for other transfer targets because he feels De Jong would suit his playing style, as he was under his tutelage at Ajax with Donny Van De Beek who is back to the squad after an unsuccessful loan spell with Everton.
