grin grin grin lols first of all, what prompted your skepticalness towards him ? What made you to doubt his righteousness ? What did you noticed about him that didnt add up ?

As for knowing whos who...there is no clear cut rule. As in, majority of awliyya are disguised. Some do not even know themselves. cheesy

Excluding the affairs of batini, the rules of which is in contrast with that of zahiri, the SHARIA of the holy prophet (saw) sits atop & over-rides any speciality or grace granted to any walliy of muhammedanism, as in none of them dare float the orders of the holy prophet (saw) or show blatant disregard to the SHARIA & they are all well aware of that.

What happened between Musa (as) & al-khidr when he murdered that boy which got Musa livid, should any walliyy try that in the open, he will be executed regardless of whether he got special permission directly from God or not, the SHARIA must apply, since it has come to the open, unless God makes a special intervention which hardly happens.

Willaya cannot stop a walliy from commiting sins or following his desires, inshort, no position a human will attain in Godhood that will absorb his humanity, the brethren of Yusuf (as) were already prophets before they went & meet him in MISRA, but their prophethood did not stop them from telling a lie & being sentimental Q12:77 cheesy also it didnt stop Musa (as) from flipping off by assaulting another nabiyy Q20:94 Q7:150.
Immunity belongs to NUBUWA only, meaning a nabiyy is above the law he brought, should he @ any point in time go against it but a walliy has no immunity & thus would be charged, unless he is forgiven or interceeded for...but then lets hear your view of him. cheesy

#Interesting! I do not have doubts about his righteousness but due to so many controversies surrounding him I had to rescrutinize. I have seen from your reply that you have stylishly refused to answer the question and turned it back to me. So I'll ask again. What do you think about him? lol

On the story of Musa (as) & al-khidr, this sheikh said the lessons and miracles Al khidr performed for Musa (as) were 13 in numbers but the Quran only mentioned 3 and one can get the remaining 10 from Alfas who know about it.
My question: Do the Waliyys(due to their status) have some knowledge about things that happened during the time of the prophet that are not recorded in the Quran n hadith? like some ruhs bringing the True story of some past events. Someone here once said there are some jinns who were around during the time of the Prophet (SAW) but they are not reliable when it comes to asking for past events.

I think @Empiree is busy now.

#That story kinda sound familiar, like something I‘ve heard before.

#Thats his name DA‘WATU-L-JABARIYYAH, I do not think or know it with anyother name. Its very popular, whoever knows it knows it. Had it been that my friend is still around, I‘d have gotten it for you. I could only remember some part of it now. Just offer some money you‘ll surely get it, as people dont like giving out sirri just like that for some reasons.

#ok expecting ur mail.

Alright thanks.

#I'd like to ask you and empiree what you guys think about Sheikh Sulaimon Faruq? What do you think about him? Anytime I watch his videos I'm like how come this guy know a lot of things?
It is true that only Allah knows his true messengers but I just want to know your opinions about him judging from his lectures. There is no way we can know what he is into behind the scenes but we can actually have an idea of the kind of person he is. The way he interprets the Quran is amazing. It would be a disappointment to discover that kind of person is not on the same side with Allah.
Sincerely, I do enjoy his lectures but I'm afraid and seldom ask myself what if this man is not who we think he is?
How exactly do we know the true Waliyy of Allah?

grin recess ke ? Nairaland is my number 1 news feeder for long, I always visit here.

I‘ve studied @empiree‘s body language, I dont think he‘ll “remember“ that alagemo‘s story cheesy grin

Yeah I'm now certain empire.e doesn't recall majority of the story. Though, when I was young an elderly man told me the story about some masquerades who were asked not to pass a street by an Alfa. I think they even assaulted a woman putting on niqab and still passed the street. The Alfa made some prayers and all the masquerades couldn't remove their costumes. It stuck to their body. Everyone of them was confused and people who were not even Muslims admitted there is nothing greater than la ilaha illallah. A lot of People converted to Islam on that day.
I wasn't present and don't know the particular place this happened. I don't have all the facts.

#I've asked a friend of mine to help me look for dawatu Jabbariyya, he's still searching for it. Are you sure it doesn't have another name or alias well known than this one?

#I don't think I want the knowledge o. It's too much for me to handle.

#Seriously, I can't help the brother. I don't want to get involved. There was a time I prayed to Allah to show me what is really wrong with him. like play like play. I slept and had a dream..... believe me, What I saw was scary! I Can't narrate the dream and also can't interfere. It's high class stuff.
You'll understand with this: "Some people say if you want to eat with the Devil, you'll have to use a long spoon. Nowadays, some people throw away their spoons, get close to the food in front of the devil and won't even let him eat from the food." Lol Only God can save him from people who have even denied the devil his own food.

#A man in problems can rarely help himself with prayers. The odds are against him. That's why a lot of people are lost. If you perform Ruqya on yourself, who will speak to the jinn? Only a man with piety can do that. How many pious men live in the Urban cities like Lagos?
If a man with problems who have a full time job and a family to feed is asked to do tahajud or recite lots of Surat khaf, Yasin darood and solatul fatii; Is that not a suicide mission especially in this age and time when Istijabah is hard to come by due to our sins. You'll first have to fast for days to purify your body and soul to make your prayers get to its destination. that is if you don't sleep during work hours.
Just reading suratul fathia once will remove poisons from the body during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW). If you try that now, you are on your own. Lol.
This is the reason a lot of people are looking for the quick solutions to their problems and are going astray.

#The Issue with Ruqya is that I think there are only very few Muslims who actually know about it and who to consult when it is needed. Raqiis are not easily accessible in SW.
If you meet some of these SW Alfas they'll just tell you with their eyes half closed like someone who's hearing from God directly:

»» ""Arakunrin Ishe aiye ni. Won ti access ogo (Glory) e. We'll beg them ni o. They are very nice if you know their password o. just give them what they want. Okay let us just start with 2 Eiye Igun, 4yards of white clothes, 7 yards of latest Ankara clothe, 1 Gucci Perfume, 1 head of goat and any amount you want to give me for the work. Aiye agba ebe e shaa ni! """

I was saying in my mind like "" Modaran Modaran. Aiye tin lò Gucci perfume. Aiye gaan tun ni password."" He knows I couldn't get the head of goat without buying the full goat. Who will wear the Ankara clothes?. When the way to the right path is not easily accessible, you tend to drift to whatever way you can see.

Answer this: A man is drowning in water and is about to give up. Suddenly, he saw one of his his enemies reaching out to save him from drowning. Do you think he would reject the help?

#I'm always surprised when I look in the mirror and can't find grey hair on my head Lol.

Alfa Agba Please don't forget the first questions I asked on nabi Sulaiman.

I'll put a stop on narrating my experiences here. It's tough out here. I envy those Alfas who go deep into the forest in seclusion to worship Allah. That's exactly what I always see myself doing in my dreams when I was around 9 to 13 years. The sins were not much then. My sins are corrupting my ruh a lot now. I'm working hard to redeem it. How else can a mechanic be clean without getting smeared with engine oil and still make money? Lol He'll have to decide and make a choice.

Have you ever felt like this world is too noisy for you and what you wish for is just to have your tesubahh and leave everything to a place more serene. You can hardly find a way to have an haram-free life. If you are not eating haram then you are drinking or even making haram money. It's really tough out there. I rant just once in a year. I think today is the day. Lol

As reported by some jinns, so nabi Sulaiman (as) ask the ifreets in his council the whereabout of Chief, they were like “he stays on the waters“, so he requested they take him there. On sighting him, Iblees quickly got up from his throne & rushed foward to him & asked “do you have a massage for me ? Has anything been revealed concerning my matter ?“ . Sulaiman was like nothing of such, just came to see how you faring. (since God told him Q38:80-81 he has been anxious with no rest of mind coz he doesnt know exactly when grin)

Seriously, Allah really gave nabi Sulaiman (AS) a lot of power to control so many things. When I was young I used to think he was more of a spirit or superior human like that of khidr.

#Do you think there are people who can still possess such Powers in this age and time?

#Can Allah give such knowledge to another person or is the knowledge just somewhere undisclosed?

#About the ifreet reading Kursiyy, I've read something like that too. Actually, if not for the word of Allah (Quran) , they would have a lot of leverages against us. I don't think we humans would even survive their assaults.
I have an .... from my ... side who just cried out when he was sleeping as if he was shot or beaten in the dream around some minutes after midnight. About 15 people couldn't hold him down. just imagine the combined strength of 3 Elephants. He was just about to leave for his NYSC that month o. After that night, he would just fall down like someone in trance for about 5 minutes. It's not epilepsy brothers! When he eventually wakes up, he won't remember the last thing he was doing or had done as far back as 3 days.

Total memory loss. It happened to him while he was praying Solat Asri. Could you believe he opened his eyes, did another ablution and picked up the microphone to call adhan for subhi prayers. He just said: "haa it's early morning o let's pray quick before the sun comes out"

It's as if 'they' wanted to turn his head upside down. He once said whenever he is in that state and he opens his eyes everywhere will be dark even if it's a sunny day. Now he is unmarried and unemployed. This same thing happened when he was crossing a road. Allah saved him that day. He was almost hit by on coming vehicle.

I am very sure a powerful jinn is involved because the Doctors found nothing. Let me stop here jare.

I'll stop posting things like this. It's as if I'm the only one experiencing things like this. I do observe a lot of things around me and I have this kind of discernment I just can't explain.

Ratio 99:1 Then what is the right path?
The right path= Allah
Quran 13:27
He that finds the right path has found a beautiful thing.

My Opinion: It is very difficult to find the door to the right path without grace or divine intervention.
1. Some people found the door, they knocked but were not allowed to enter.

2. Some people were allowed to go in because of the recognition of their Dad or Sheikhs. Lol (I didn't call names o)

3. Some were allowed to go in but were thrown out (eg those who seek refuge in jinns or indulge in evil deeds after they've been allowed to enter.)

4. People who don't even know the meaning of a right path. Lol When you ask them about the door to the right path. They'll say: "What the hell are you talking about, man?! You crazy or something? I live my life the way I want. You know what? I need to go smoke a joint right now."

Seriously, I envy your knowledge brother.
Can someone possess this kind of knowledge and still be led astray by Shaytan? I think that's very rare. Being enlightened is a blessing.

# I really pity for who were born into Islam but were not trained and brought up as Muslims. I used to think if you didn't meet some considerable amount of Islamic knowledge in your family while growing up it would be difficult for you to follow this path. I could be wrong though.

Very very true...most oyinbo & jews today are riding on the blessings of prophet Ibrahim (as) & his prayers.

#@Jamo90, I weak for some trials...thats why its always good to engage in YA LATEEF & SOLATU NABIY all the time, apart from them being a for of dhikr, they absorb adversities & provide a sheild. I hope that man didnt run mad sha b‘cos oto be oju bee lo.

#As for jabbar, its actual name is DA‘WATU JABBARIYYA, the name & term JABBAR thunders through out the prayer. We used to do it before, its very good if you are looking for subjugating powers & supremacy. In short if you go through it you wouldnt want to do any prayer again. Those that combined its usage with YASIN are ruthless, that combo is a double edged sword. Its begining is something like...

اللهم انى اسالك بإسمك الجبار انت جبار الجبابرة خضع كل جبار عنيد لعظيم جبروتك

...but its a bit voluminous.

#As for SAEFI, it belongs to sayyadina ALI (ra) taught to him by the holy prophet (saw). That one too is also fiery like YASIN, very energy sapping.

Haba Thank you very much Sir. It's as if you just gave me a million dollars. Lol
I hope the DA‘WATU JABBARIYYA can be easily gotten from Islamic book sellers.

Thank you for that explanation. It's all about time and destiny. That's what I tell people too even though it is very difficult to endure sometimes. The ultimate thing is to ask for Allah's protection. His tests are very rigorous brother. I don't pray for them o. A Muslim brother who prays in the same mosque with me had 3 tragedies in a week o. His apartment got burnt to pieces. all his documents and certificates gone just like that. His wife gave birth that same week to a stillborn child. As if that was not enough, he lost a contract that had already been finalised. Brother these eyes have seen things o. There are some things that just make u weak ehn. There are times you just want to go far away from all this. Lol. Even if you are not accusing someone in your family, will that solve the problem?

well, experiences maketh a man.

»It seems you know the Jabbar, what else do you know about it? name? anything.

»A friend once recited that Saefi too, he started getting leaner and thinner. I fear o. I thought he had HIV. He told me his clothes started shredding off. I fear the Quran and those prayer books. Please answer this, who wrote that Saefi?

#As a man, whatever you pray and request from Allah, please do the same for your unborn children and upcoming generation. I've seen people who are benefiting from the prayers of their grandparents. The relationships their grandparents had with Allah was very strong. There is nothing people like that do that will not prosper. You can't deny this. Unfortunately, some of them turned out to be atheists because they found wealth and power on a platter of gold. So, they doubt the existence of a Supreme being.

@Empiree
Thanks. you are right about the Istiqama part too. I'll discuss some other things with you through email at the right time.

Please o, I want to ask one question as an 'omo kekere'

Mr ikupakuti ,abeg who are you? You really know a lot. Professor Ishaq Oloyede (my former VC in the University, now Jamb Registrar) told us on our convocation day that: "Being a graduate of this University is a privilege a lot of people are praying for ". I never forgot those words. Being able to read and write is a blessing. That's probably why the first ayah is 'Iqrah'.

Knowledge and Truth removes the veils from one's eyes.

An elderly man once told me he fears ignorance more than shaytan. He said Shaytan has people he dare not make attempt to touch. They are just like poisons to him (shaytan) and that Who can save a man from Ignorance?I just kept quiet since I didn't know what he was facing.

I watched a video of Sheikh Sulaimon Faruq where he talked about some sheikhs in Ilorin and Kano. he met when he was trying to get closer to Allah. He also talked about sheikh solatty when he poured water into a car. These things he talked about are just too amazing. There is a lot we don't know.
I am very much aware that it is not an easy journey for an average person who wants to attain such level. It has to be a career thing o.

My main question now is how can an average Muslim benefit from the hidden secrets of the Quran taking into consideration the fact that it is very difficult to meet a sheikh who is really deep into Tassawuf and can 'take you to the House of Allah'?

»In 2011 while serving, I met a 34 year old Muslim graduate who's from a polygamous. He told me he has been facing difficulties since he was young. All the businesses he tried to do failed at one point. All the people that promised to help help changed their mind. There is no Islamic protection supplication he doesn't know. His girl friend left him and got married to another richer man. He took me as a brother. He said he will never visit a babalawo or all these deviant alfas but he now no longer believes his own prayers can save him. He heard from his Dad that all the first sons of every of his generation struggled throughout their lives. He said a blind man can never cross a very busy express road without help and he knows he'll need the services of a sheikh who will probably take him on a journey that will break all generational curses. He told me some other things I can't share here. I've not heard from him again since the day he called me with a foreign number. I googled the dialling code to confirm and know the country he claimed to be calling from. Burkina faso!
Are there Sheikhs in that country too?

Allah shows the way to any of his Servants he wills. A lot of things shared on this thread are knowledge some people have withheld from people who need help. Thanks to everyone that have contributed to this thread.

Our major aim here is to propagate Islam
and let people know that Islam is the solution to every of their needs and aspirations. Some people will never believe this until they've gone astray and will come back after knowing the truth. You'll think your father's plot of land is the largest until you visit another person's land.

Money can not buy most of the experiences and knowledge shared here. I thank you all once again. let's continue and make this thread informative. It could be of immense benefit and life saver to someone who would read it by 2027. Of what use is your knowledge if it can not save an ignorant mind.

I'll gradually share my thoughts and experiences I lost this week. Don't forget to give your answers and thoughts on my questions

Family / Re: What Is The Biggest Lesson Life Has Taught You? by Jamo90: 11:11am On Apr 08, 2017
xreal:
Early 2000, I was working in a very known bank, my branch was somewhere far in the north.

One faithful day, a typical hausa man walked into the bank on a busy Monday morning, he appeared a lil dirty with babariga, nicker and bathroom slippers; he walked to a staff and spoke in hausa language.
Hausa man: How can I open a pocket to keep money here? (in hausa language)

The staff he was talking to understood what he meant, but most bankers sabi form fake levels (I don't do that), The first staff he met wasn't an hausa by tribe but understands and speaks hausa well, the guy just directed the man to another lady(staff) who was from the western part of the country, he directed the man to her not to assist but to have a share of the fun.

The hausa man said the same thing in hausa to the lady
"How can I open a pocket to keep money here".
She burst into laughter uncontrollably and pointed to another lady for him to go and say the same thing to her, I noticed this thrash from my desk and walked up to the man while he was walking to the third person he was directed to.

I greeted him in a traditional manner and with smiles, I asked how I can help him, he responded in hausa, and from that moment, I communicated with him in hausa.

He said the same 'pocket' thing to me and I ushered him to sit on the guest seat at my desk.

I got him a cup of tea from which I also seaped.
He later opened up to me that he wanted to 'keep' 10,000naira in the bank.
I showed some excitement and said YES, it's a good idea, but I will appreciate he 'keep' more than Ten thousand.
To cut the story short, this same man made an initial deposit of 7million naira that morning, but I made sure that the first staff he met was the one who carried all the boxes of money from his car into the bulk room (while I wan doing this, the man smiled, gave me a thumbs up sign and pinched my ear) two days later, he invited me to his house, I met his wives and children (two of which were Masters student in the UK) and one a college student in US. I later left with another 4million cool naira to 'keep' for him.
This man later had several hundreds of millions in his 'bank pocket', which were in my care.

We became family friends, he was so connected to the who-is-who in the state; I used his influence to get jobs for 4 of my family members and 1 friend, all in FG establishments.

But, he forced me to remain in the bank, each time I get better offer. He told the regional manager that he will withdraw all he has in the bank once his brother(na me be dat oo) leaves.
So, that made the bank to increase my pay speedily even b4 due time.

Believe me, when someone walks into the bank with a well starched native and tailored suit the person might be a begger. Same goes the other way round.

LESSON: Never look down on ANY HUMAN.

I don't usually comment on this site. I have no choice here. I've really learnt a lot from you. May God bless you and your family. That's all. I'm short of words.

Not everyone here has a story to tell. They only come here to read and be inspired. If you force them to share they would just formulate some stories or even start deviating by bringing things that are plain harm.
If you are reading this thread and have a good idea or story to tell, please do. Islam has been completed for us by Allah. Sharing our experiences here is one of the things that strengthen the iman of some readers here.

Oga Empiree don come again o. The woman said "mo gba fun e oo" Lol

My stomach is really hurting. This laugh too much.

#Someone that prays in the mosque in my house has been reciting Ya sin for months now and I'm sure he has never made a sacrifice. He has been sick since last 2 weeks. So lean and weak. Too weak to even pray salat. I no know who send am to read Ya sin. Lol. I know about this because I always check him out when he's reciting. The test results says its Typhoid and malaria. The injections and drugs have not made any changes. I'm just keeping quiet to observe how it will turn out. I like to mind my business.

I stopped reciting Yasin too when I noticed I always get injured with bloody cuts any particular day I recite it. eje ti o to'nkan tele.
blood must come out of my body shaa ni. I'm taking a break from it.

I thank Allah for making me a Muslim. He has given us a book that can bring Shaytan and his loyalists to their knees.
Salam...

Empiree:
^^

Are you referring to same Sheik Jamiu "bulala"?. I thought he passed away in 1992, no?

anyways, jamo90, Nafizzey might be interested in these lesson or narrations

I've been following this thread since it was created. The reason I have not been commenting is because I think I'm not qualified to type even "A-Z" here. I know absolutely nothing at all compared to people like emekaRaj, Laduna, ikupakuti, Empiree and others.

What I've been reading here is Pure unadulterated Islamic knowledge and mysticism. The information that has been shared here are what some Alfa and sheikhs have refused to teach their omo ilekewu. Knowledge of Islam is very broad and unique. Nobody has a monopoly on knowledge.

Please, nobody should reply or quote any of those people who don't believe in the experiences of @emekaraj and ikupakuti. This thread welcomes every one who wants to learn.
"If you find a man who says there is nothing like Tassawuf or Ihsan. Do not rebuke him. Check out his family from the 1st to the 3rd generation, it's almost certain you'll not find someone who's deeply into the worship of Allah through dhikr (ie Tassawuf or ihsan)."
I know people like them. If shaytan just flash them once and they are asked to recite Suratul khaf 7 times by a sheikh. They will beg the sheikh to let them recite it 1000 times in order for it to be more effective.
#I will not reply any post from the people I'm talking about. So, you don't have to quote me.

May Allah bless and protect everyone here.
Shaytan is out there and believe me, he doesn't go around with horns. There is no way to increase the iman of some of the 'weak' muslims who view this thread except sharing our experiences here.

Wallahi, Everything about Islam is beautiful.
There is no limitation in Islam when it comes to worship of Allah except that which Allah and his Prophet (SAW) has outrightly forbidden for us.
Do not quote the Quran or hadith to suit your level of understanding. These books are too deep for us to completely unravel. Allah shows his light to whoever he wants. He is never bound by his laws. He is the Law! He chooses his friends among those who fear him. #A pious man reads the Quran and is still afraid of what will happen to the unbelievers.

Do not be like those who saw the signs and instead of keeping quiet to observe, they began to call the servants of Allah mad people and alu bidah. Truly, the deviants have really made it difficult to know the true muslims.
Enough said.
My Oga sir @Empiree, I'm very loyal, egbon mi agba.

Oga Ikupakuti, you have a sound mind. I like the way you express your thoughts. It's very difficult for some people. To find someone whose command of English is perfect and also have deep Islamic knowledge is as difficult as looking for the moon in the afternoon.

Oga emekaRaj, Hmmm what can I say. When I read your story, the only word that came out of my mouth was: Asiri nbe nibi ti Olohun fi sii...
