Succinctly explained. It is this same injustice that bred the banditry, kidnapping, etc and because the government did nothing about it, other miscreants have taken advantage of the situation. Let it not come a time when we begin to prefer Buhari's administration #votewisely

My question is: what are they holding this man for in the first place? What did he do? Yes, I understand that the federal government wants unity but this is not the way to go about it. If there has been fairness before now, I am sure this man will not be doing this in the first place. The current administration have not played by the rules of equity and federalism but of segregation and nepotism and you except not to have aggitators like Nnamdi Kalu. Why wasn't Ipob this prominent during Goodluck's time? Can't they negotiate with them? If they can negotiate with Boko Haram and Bandits. I am yoruba but I don't see anything this man has done wrong. When there is fairness, aggitators will go to sleep!

This administration has truly failed Nigerians!

Granted I am not from the Eastern part of Nigeria, one thing I know that has bedeviled Nigeria is tribalism. We are first Nigerian. We complain of racism but ethnicism/tribalism is worse - Ife and Modakeke is a reminder. We are all humans and should learn to respect one another, no one is superior or inferior to the other.... please be guided cool

The program has attracted wild spread commendations by Friends and supporters of His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and His Excellency Kashim Shettima via twitter

@sunday_phemy's tweet, which reads "this is a taste of how governance will be simplified under BAT. They are busy cooking their lies and insults while Tinubu is busy strategizing on how he will govern well"

Another @Bode Maxwell tweets,"These people are just bringing the bird out of their pockets. By the time they are done you'll realize there was never a contest in the first place. May Tinubu/Shettima succeed"

@Shewn also tweeted "We will enjoy and still vote them. If a presidential ticket can come up with this innovative idea for their campaign then I am sure they have more to offer than the normal politicians who eat roasted corn on the street with d masses".

The program has been designed to benefit Nigerians, although, several persons are of the opinion that it was a strategy for vote buying, while others understands that the free transportation scheme was instead a strategy adopted to reach out to the grassroots but will appreciate if the scheme can be extended beyond elections since Solving a critical need which affects every Nigerian household. Note that after cost of housing the next most expensive item is transportation. So solving this is quite commendable and points to the forward thinking nature of his Excellencies.

"The Tinubu/Shettima-NAIRAXI Transit Card Initiative is a self sustaining program for Nigerians developed by indigenous smart mobility company NAIRAXI with a simple goal of ameliorating the projected effects of the planned removal of fuel subsidy come June, 2023.

Nigerians are quite easily deceived. Ask yourself, what problem is being solved by introducing this card? Similarly, who is funding the initiative, where is the money coming from? Is this politically motivated? How will the investment yield returns.... I can go on and on......
