@Oluwashindara01,dats d exact same pains I have but on my right side. I did hsg and adhesions r causing d pains + right tube is blocked. It's well my dear sister.

Hey dear I fink u shd repeat the hvs
I use to have staph infection With chronic right sided pain for years
Dnt fink is the adhesion
Ensure that that staph is gone den take ginger or browse on natural anti inflammatory agents
Also do castor oil therapy
For me d pain has reduced greatly
Also take fruits abstain from sugar it feeds bacteria
Eat natural no processed foods for noW
Dnt forget positive confession my dear We go carry our own children tire

if you have PCOS, you can do m2tone. - try 2 tabs twice daily.
m2tone did nothing for me maybe cos i didnt have pcos.

you can use vitex (although u have to give it 3 months) and u can take ruzu a week to the expected af.
vitex and ruzu are herbal.
just take vitex in the morning and ruzu in the evening.
learnt vitex is sure to regulate and balance all out.

Have you done Hormonal profiling to know what the hormone that needs correcting is?

what i am doing now is to take combination 3, (birth control) and its for 3 months.
my first month, af came on cd26. although i started ganagaria when i started the colored pills.

am doing second month now..

Pls mamas, it's normal for semen to leak out after intercourse. It takes only one sperm to fertilize an egg. Even if u have leakage, it doesn't prevent pregnancy if there aren't any other problems preventing conception. Come to think of it, where will d remaining semen go to if it doesn't leak out? Absorbed into d body?lol. Let's stop worrying too much.

I'm taking my mind off ttc for a while to tackle d adhesion on my right tube. Tired of d persistent pains I get.

For the grape addition, if you want enough or over EWCM, take grape orange, cucumber and lots of water. You will want to sell sum from the abundance you will get.Lol.

Also, I just learnt today that scent leave, really don't know if that is the English name, but when you go to our IBO mamas in the market and ask them for scent leave they will give you for each tie N20, you fit price am 3 for N50 self if you be alaroro or ijebu.

What am I driving at? Scent leave is very good for clearing infection of all kinds.

Step 1: buy it from the market
Step 2: pluck it from the stem
Step 3: wash it
Step 4: use your hand to sweeze it until water comes out of it and before sweezing it, add a little pinch of salt to it.
Step 5: drink from it.
If you have skin infection: bath with it.

Do this for five days and check out for infection.
Just thought you share this as you guys have been wonderful in sharing knowledge.

Also, you can add Garlic to it.

Your body go dey kampe and Yama yama infection no go dey.

Note: take folic acid one tablet daily. You don't need to eat before taking it. Put it beside your body cream. As you take your bath in the morning and rub you cream you see it, carry one put for your mouth and chew it, after that take a cup of water before setting out.

You LH is not high.A one plus above is still okay,it will normalise all things being equal.Incapacitation of the ovary to be stimulated by LH to release an ovum can cause a high LH reflex,letting in for a cyst.It probably might mean,a non-ovulary phase for a cycle has taken place.

It didn't work for me. I couldn't pick my ovulation period with it and i hv a friend here who complained the same thing. I am now using Clearblue OPK., I don't know if it worked for other E-sisters.
