Hello Covenant mothers.
I am new here. I think I passed thru here last 2011.
Please I need your advice. Been battling with irregular/ceased menses for a while and I am TTC. Sometimes it come once in 1 year. Most time if it would come i have to use primolut N etc. I'd done series of test from Hormonal assay to thyroid,hsg, etc just to be sure what the issue is. The result are conflicting. High LH, sometimes High FSH. I'm sure they are even confused cos they keep referring me to do series of test and I am tired. I'd seen different gyno...keep spending more than my income just to have a regular menses. Some1 recommend combination3. But am afraid she just said keep using it everyday till the menses regularises... Pls advice what can I do...I am so.worried...hubby is panicking... I'd prayed...I'd fasted..can fertility massage help. Pls help.a sister here. I pray our testimonies will shake the world and bring people to Christ. Pls respond miracle must happen

Welcome to our e.familia of amour @NIFES(which of the NIFES u be,lol) and @Mztubsy(choi,i almost bite my tongue),wishing u maamas a short and fruitful stay.
@NIFES,it's good you are on folic acid,but,u should also see a gynae who will advise you to run a complete Hormonal assay and most likely Hsg.Don't worry,have no fear,affliction will not arise again,you will take in soon and God will make everything perfect.
@Mztubsy,in addition to what maamas have said,if u can change ur undies after the treatment please do(it is advisable) and then,if u also can,when u wash,spread in the sun or iron if there is light.In addition to the antibiotics,u can buy a herbal tampon(guifei bao or clean point)it helps in treating Pid too.Hope this helps..
@mommatriplets,ur gynae should tell u how many units to buy except u are self medicating.Trigger shots are classified as cold chain so ensure u buy one that is brought out from the fridge,if u are not taking it immediately,some good pharmacies wud add ice blocks wen packing it for u.

Why should you be discouraged when The Almighty God is your manager? Why should you be discouraged, whist there's still life? Why should you be discouraged when your final whistle has not sounded? The truth is that many people blow the final whistle themselves;
But as long as there is life, nothing is impossible and it is never too late for you.
Half time is not full time and HIS calendar for your life is not man's calendar.
Don't blow the whistle yourself.
BE ENCOURAGED! DON'T GIVE UP!

Though some of us started this journey with tears because we never thought we could be where we are today, please let it end in joy for us with our babies in our arms. Anybody that said it should be otherwise, father please let them be like the enemy in the picture when they hear the news of your miracle in our home. I agree with you that it's all God but I disagree with you on the other points. It's also God who has given us the knowledge of this things for our own good. The problem is only when we trust in our own knowledge and understanding and feel we can do it alone or make it work without God.

I don't agree with your analogy. Some women have conceived by going out of their way to apply these patterns as you call it, some have had to go the extra mile to do some form of ART (IUI or IVF) and we're successful. Some MAY not be mothers today if not for the application of this knowledge. However it's all God because some do IVF severally in the best hospitals with the best Drs yet no success while others do it once in a regular Fertility Centre and get preggo first trial.

The mad woman on the street like you said eats rubbish and doesn't get ill or die like the 'normal' woman. Would you because of that eat rubbish because she didn't and didn't fall ill? Even when she falls ill, she doesn't go to the hospital but yet she recovers, would you because of that not get Medical treatment when you're ill? Some women have lost their lives during or after childbirth majorly because of this although nothing happens without God's knowledge I must acknowledge. But perhaps if they had heeded their Drs advice with God's mercy they might have survived. I wish I had more time to write out the epistle that have come up in my mind reading your post but I don't so I'll just stop here.

Don't get me wrong , I get where you're coming from. I acknowledge and believe that without God our knowledge is nothing. But we must be conscious and cautious not to perish because of lack of knowledge. Even the Bible acknowledges that "people perish because of lack of knowledge"

I want to encourage us all not to be too anxious and not to give up on God. His timing is the best and be rest assured, he won't give up on U!

As we all continue in this journey, pls let's take note of what we eat during different phases of our cycle.

What to Eat:

Menstruation phase: beans, fish, leafy green, vegetables and seeds, bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, kiwi, citrus and onions. Eat food rich in iron to replenish blood e.g Ugu juice
Supp should include iron and VitC.
Let's stay clear of cold foods sugary and spicy foods

Follicular phase: broccoli, kale, cabbage and cauliflower, olive oil, avocado, nuts and seeds with leafy greens, beans, potato, yam, green veg, legumes,eggs, fish, chicken, brown rice, water melon, cucumber and banana
Supp: VitE, CoQ10, Royal jelly

Ovulation: Take zinc for cell division and progesterone production. VitC for high quality in the follicle after egg is released. Omega 3 to promote blood flow to the uterus and to support opening of follicle to release egg.
Eat leafy greens, whole grains, eggs, legumes, meat, fish, baby carrot, green veg, sprouts and wheatgrass, spinach, garlic, olive oil, strawberries, dark chocolate and take lots of water
Do not eat acidic food like coffee, alcohol, processed foods which makes cervical mucous hostile to sperm.
Supp: zinc, VitB6, EFA-omega3

Luteal phase: Take nutrients that encourage cell growth which are yellow and orange color foods e.g. sweet potatoes, carrots, pineapple, warm foods like soups and stews.
DO NOT EAT: cold or raw food e.g ice cream and frozen yogurt.
Supp: Take Beta-carotene

thanks a lot for your comment I really appreciate ttc is a cross both parties must be ready to carry together afterall marriage is for better or worse . I understand what my wife is going through at times I see how she looks at pregnant women on d street or in d church I feel her pains and will be d last person on earth to put her under any kind of pressure. Even my mum and relatives I Don park them well for one corner. U dare not call or ask my wife any unnecessary question concerning ttc. As a guy a follow this thread religiously and want to encourage all d ladies here to b strong in d Lord. I don't know of any lady who trusted God and died barren. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. I am confident that ladies on this thread will give birth to extraordinary children that will b a wonder to their world and a blessing to their families. This believe has kept me going since 2010. Remain blessed .
