Mamas oo,am have inserted my first and second seed of cleanpoint tampoon,i saw yellow thick discharge,that looks like soak toilet paper on the first time,then the second one I still saw the same thing,pls does anyone have an explanation to those discharge,i have used to have staph infection before but it's gone now.
I noticed increased vaginal sensitivity during bd is it also normal,pls need ur opinion.
I pray for us all,that God will wipe away every tears from our eyes and make us mothers and fathers of Nation according to His Promise IJN amen

Pregnancy supplement is not the only factor that determines fetal weight. Other factors are also determinants. Pregnacare is a super pregnancy supplement that has high doses/measures of essential nutrients like calcium, B vitamins, C vitamin, E vitamin, and as well folate. The problem is not necessarily the supplement, but the plan. Rather than take it daily, your doc can use his discretion by placing you on a reduced dose(each tab cld be broken into halves).

I don't know the constituents of astyfer, so I can't tell if it provides other essential pregnancy supplements, along with the folic acid.

About the swimming, well, since the fetus gets his oxygen from the placenta, submerging in water shouldn't disrupt his breathing. But then, submerging too long in water may cause your temperature to drop, and that may subject you to hypothermia. Don't forget the weather is stil windy and cold. If you're hot, why not take a cool shower, or sit in ur bath tub?

I just hope another pregnant lady won't feel like riding a bicycle.

Thank you so much Mamas that have been working hard to ensure the prayer and fasting plan is executed smoothly.

I still feel a vibe in my spirit to share something with us. A mother here stated that we should be careful of misdirected prayers where we believe someone is after us whereas it may not be that person and so on. Of recent, I have sensed so much fear from us here in diverse ways (monitoring spirit etc) and I know that this ought not to be so.

The questions we should ask ourselves are:

1. Are we born again? If you are not, the prayers, fastings and all would be of no consequence
2. Do you really believe the Word of God?- Let us not answer this speedily but search deeply in our heart if the Word of God has become true in our hearts. We should also understand our rights as heirs to the throne of God and who He made us to be by virtue of the death, burial and Ressurection of Jesus Christ.

I remember when my sister was still TTCing. We had a family meeting at a point and one of my Aunties’s started saying so much nonsense that gave a direct clue that she may be responsible for the delay. At a point everyone was telling her “Please tell us what you did, release... (my sister)”. At a point I got very angry in my spirit and I stood up and said “why are we magnifying the Devil? I don’t care if she is responsible or not, God is greater”. This was February or March 2014 and my sister gave birth that year.

What am I saying in essence? Deliverance is good but knowledge and application of your kingdom right is better. Any deliverance done out of fear will not work and that’s why we witness Christians doing deliverance over and over again. Lets look at Jesus. He always cast out demons with a Word and they stayed out on the condition that the person delivered does not open room for the enemy.
Colossians 1: 13 says:

“Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son”
Jesus delivered us from the shackles of the enemy. He changed our family origin and I’m now an extension of the family of God on earth
Eph 3:15 states “Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named”

The Bible also lets us know our lineage

“But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
That is why I don’t believe any generational curse can affect me or anything my forefathers did. My lineage changed on account of my status as a Child of God and right now I am seated with Christ in Heavenly places, far above all principlaities, powers, demons etc

But the problem is that God’s children suffer for lack of knowledge. We have so much power as believers inside us that the devil should flee at the sight of us. Eph 1:18-20 is very clear which states thus:

“I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,
19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength,
20 which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realm”

We need our eyes to be enlightened. The same power that rose Jesus from the dead contrary to all the plans and schemes of the enemy is resident in us. Which devil could stop Jesus from resurrecting?

There are so many scriptures that shows us that we shouldn’t be afraid of the enemy at all but mere reading of the word wont make it work for us.
At times we need a retreat not only for deliverance but to stay with the Word until light breaks. Once it does, victory is sure.

Finally, the bible said we wrestle not against flesh and blood. It further provided us the weapons of our warfare which guarantees victory. I encourage us to study these weapons extensively. We should note that all the weapons save for the sword of the spirit are defensive weapons but the sword of the spirit is an attacking weapon.

Most times, we are on the defensive with the devil. Its time to launch an attack witht eh sword of the SpirIt which is the Word of God. Go right to the enemy’s camp and take all that He has take from us. It’s only the Word (sword) that can do this for us.

All the Mums that suggested days for collective prayers and fasting all said Wednesday is fine, cravingchic, nennynj, Mumihaja and others.

Please all other Mums that are OK with Wednesday should please indicate. So we can start in this new week.

As for chain prayers, I'd have suggested we pray for 6 Moms/Dads per day. We have 170 names, cos some names were repeated but list counts 174.

I'll post the 6 names every day until we get to the end of the 2lists. So, after this first month, you should know the day of the week your name will be prayed for.

According to the lists, starting from the top:

Monday:

Mummyejire

Will be prayed for on this thread amongst other things we'll be discussing generally.

The only BUT in the chain prayers is that, most of us are usually busy with work and might even forget to partake in the daily prayers,
