Business / BOVAS Staff Will Spoil Its Good Name. by Jansport(m): 12:27pm On Mar 04, 2022
Whenever we point an accusing fingers at governments, we must always remember that they are the products of our society. We made them and they are our people. It is only that we don't have the privilege they had. Even ours might be worst than those we are complaining about if we have the opportunity.
Imagine, the BOVAS filling station which is
one of the most popular and reliable filling station which their pump is even much better than that of others, and some of their staff here is Iwo, Osun State will be collecting additional money before they can sell fuel to customers
The BOVAS we know has made a good name across the country. But here in Iwo, Ori-Eeru precisely, if you are to buy #4000 fuel, there will be additional #1000 charge. #2000 will attract #500 charge and #200 for #1000 fuel.
Do they want to spoil the good name of BOVAS? The funny part of it is that, even those buying it, have seen it as something normal. Must we continue making abnormal our normal life? Why are we the problem of ourselves?

Politics / Re: Jack Dorsey Tweets Nigerian Flag (Photo) by Jansport(m): 11:56am On Jun 12, 2021
Some people are too parochial about their thinking to observe the game Twitter is playing. Twitter is clearly in support of Nigeria breaking up and trying to incite Nigeria citizens against their government.

Breaking up is not and can never be the solution to the problems facing Nigeria.

What we need is just have our full trust in God, prepare for the next election and do the needful.

We need competent hands to manage this country. What we have now is nothing to write home about.

Nairaland / General / I Almost Got Embarrassed by Jansport(m): 10:45am On Jun 01, 2021
I being an undergraduate in the University of Ilorin finished my exams two weeks ago and was about heading home for the holidays.

I got out of school from the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (U.I.T.H.) axis in one of the popular Ilorin cabs heading to Post office.

After we moved some distance to somewhere around Oyun, I started feeling some unusual rumblings in my stomach. I knew what that was but was just praying it didn't disgrace me in the taxi.

I had the plan of holding my discomfort till I reached home. As we proceed in our journey, this thing became intense and I was just praying for an opportunity to get down and find where to empty my stomach.

Finally, I got down in Post office, one of the busy places in Ilorin. I was confused because everywhere is just too open for one to try any silly things.

As a shy person, I felt uncomfortable asking people if there was a toilet around. As I moved some steps forward I could hear this beast In my stomach wanting to be freed. I didn't know when I approach one woman that sells snacks in one of the shops there to ask her about any toilet around.

I was very happy to hear that there is a public toilet in Post Office. The toilet is just behind shops in Post office. It's on the railway line to your right while facing Emir road, just follow the railway line till you see a public toilet by your right again. The managers collect just ₦50 for every use.

I ran all through to the toilet and even told the person collecting money to let me finish before coming back to pay.

It was the toilet that saved me from embarrassment on this fateful day.

Why do people always talk like ignoramuses. Sharia Law is basically and applies for the Muslims. Why the unnecessary uproar?

Career / Re: Earn Money From Surveys In Nigeria by Jansport(m): 9:18am On Nov 07, 2020
There was a mistake on money you earn per survey. I mean to type:

"As much as $1".
Career / Earn Money From Surveys In Nigeria by Jansport(m): 9:15am On Nov 07, 2020
It's a general notion that Nigerians especially are being marginalised when it comes to online opportunities. This is nothing but true and this was borne by the incessant fraudulent activities carried out by some Nigerians across the world. This has reduced the integrity of all Nigerians " in the eyes of foreigners".

It's on this note, I will like to introduce any body who wishes to earn passive income weeky into our own Nigerian made survey site, where you earn as much as $5 or more weekly by just answering surveys.

After registration to this site, you will get survey invites through mail for about five times weekly. On completion of each survey, you get rewarded with more than a dollar. Register below to start earning:
