It will be better to get it before making the next application because I don't think a letter from the bank alone will do. You can still apply without it if you feel strongly about it.

Thanks justwise, I'll study the refusal letter again then see if can give it a go, I'm going back to Japan at the end of next month and won't be back for like months, I'll just give it a go again and try to address some of the stuff the are worried about, and supply them with as much information as I can, when I applied last time I thought there would be a face to face interview and that I would have the chance to explain something's, but now that I know that there won't be such interview, I'll detail the application as much as possible. I wish I could consult someone on this, but I'll try it myself if I dont get any help. Many thanks bro, I'll get back to u on it

Tax certificate gives your business some credibility, it shows whether the money in your company's account is net or gross profit. Its an indication of how your business is doing.

Thanks justwish, so since I dont have it now, what's your advice. Can I get a letter from the bank explaining that I'm the sole signatory to the account and that I have access to the funds in the account or do u suggest I leave it for now and get the tax things in place first then reapply at a later date.

How does tax system in Japan work for business people?

Well, in Japan, I pay 8% tax on items bought. And after biz and all when I get back, I pay my yearly profit tax sort of. Do I still have to pay tax here. I'll go to their offi ce here and find out, I'd love to pay it, even though it means double paying.

The embassy did not mention anything about tax, rather a link between me and my accounts. On my BL it has my companies name and my name as the shipper and receiver. Do u think this is something I can explain to them with clearer details or just take my time to start all over again. Do u know of any professional that I can consult for this in person? Askari01, thanks for taking the time to guide me, I do have my CAC but left it in Japan, Ill go check on the tax payment here since that's the only thing on the list I don t have, marriage certificate and child certificate will all be in Japanese, I'll get that and translate in English. My question now is, because I can't use my company account to withdraw money abroad I've been lodging money into my savings account, and truly as the business is mine I dont have like particular payment that I make for myself for 1m. Should I open an account and start depositing 1m in it for 6months for the purpose of this? Will it look to desperate if I do that. Or should I just resume the use of company account and start paying 1m into this my personal account that is in use already. thanks bro, God bless

Hello justwise And all the gurus in the House, pls i just got a refusal letter today, the reason being that they are not sure my Company account And peronal account are mine or that i have access to the funds in the said accounts , i have about 10m in my personal account, im going For a Church program For 6days, ive been to america and i dont even live in Nigeria, i live in Asia but do business here, so i come to nigeria often. My question now is, the church program that im going For is on the 24th next month, can i apply again explaining the funds in my account with a cover letter, will it look to desperate if i reapply now again, or should i just leave it till further notice.
