rockachic: Can i submit my father's landed property documents that i will inherit as proof of home ties for my visit visa application? If yes, do i need to submit it with a written letter from my father? @Olasubomy Yes you can. I used that along with an affidavit of sponsorship from high court signed by my Dad to show home ties for my study permit application and I got my study visa. |

interestingleap: Posting this update in case someone finds it helpful.
A family member who applied in Dec 2021 to visit us just got PPR request today. We've been the filling the webforms (Nairobi, London, Accra, Lagos) all this while, bugging the MP's office and emailing the various country email addresses but decided to do the following yesterday: 1. FIlled the new webform: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp?v2 2. Emailed ABUJA-IM-Enquiry@international.gc.ca 3. Reached out to the MP's office. MP's office replied yesterday that they reached out to IRCC to either treat the application soonest or get back to us if they need more information
Long story short, PPR came in this morning. Please How can I reach the MP's office? |

Sleekcee: Thank you. But is it okay to say spouse is accompanying when spouse is already in Canada? I just wonder why it is this way. Thanks for sharing your thoughts too. Yeah that's what I thought. But it's how I saw it being done through a tutorial I watch on youtube. Same situation. |
Travel › Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Japh11: 11:06am On Feb 22, 2022 |
ditha: I had a similar situation, I would advice you take a screenshot of the page and send a web form, if you can manage to merge the docs into additional documents section I had a similar situation too. What I did was to delete the application start a new one, in the questionnaire, one of the questions says "is your spouse accompanying you to Canada". Click yes (even if he/she is not). When you are done with the questionnaires, you'll see where it will say upload proof of marriage. The rest of the supporting doc's u can upload in additional documents. I hope this helps!!! |

Dampops: Are you already in Canada bro? Hope you had a nice flight. How was your POE experience? Kindly share for all to know. Thanks for the heads up.
God bless Yeah, it was nice I thank God. The POE is no problem if you posses your ArriveCan receipt, letter of introduction, a form will also be given to you on the plane make sure is duly and honestly filled cause they won't attend to you if you don't fill it before approaching them and don't forget to include payment receipt or print out of the tuition fee you paid because they might require it in POE. Be ready also to answer some questions depending on the officer that attend to you. My own wan resemble interview |

See Admission letter, see my raw cash, see my passport
Sir any other thing you need talk to my slaves, they will be of help! As I’m here now, na bed naim get me!
Merci! Bro, Stop all this, no dey water down important information like this. I dey very serious. It won't cost you anything to get it from your school and take it with. Better to have and not need, than need and not have. No dey discourage people for something wey u no know anything of. |

Rootiab: which one is enrollment verification letter again ?? Just check your school portal or request for it from the school. Those guys at Lagos international airport almost cost me to miss my flight because of this. Someone I met there was also held down because of the same enrollment verification letter. It took prayers for God to touch them to let me through, I had to call my school and presented a letter from my supervisor. I'm just doing this because I don't want anyone to fall a victim of this. |

Information!!! Those that are coming to Canada. Endeavour to come with your school enrollment verification and school fee payment print out/receipt. This is very very much important. Without the enrollment verification from your school to show you enrolled for the program, they might refuse your travel. And they also ask for the school fee receipt when before issuing you your study permit. |
