Only Jah can make you reign was first recorded as freestyle without beat but some work has been done on it over the cause of time and we are bringing it for this week's #KeepingUpWithJapp Episode Only Jah can make you reign, put your faith in Him and trust the process.

Japp is the StreetlyGospel artiste, the genre of music relevant within and outside any religious settings.

see Nigeria army generals disgracing themselves for useless politicians instead of them to protect the nation and even plan coup against this failed government they rather take senseless orders and go on rampage on innocent civilians that are even fighting peacefully for a better nation for everyone including them

SHAME...lost my respect for nigerian army

Tesumole dance?

----------------------+------++++++----------------

Let's keep dragging the government by their balls, the demand is simple, we want to see the end of gross corruption, bribery, police brutality, nepotism, highhandedness etc. It's time we revisit the several corrupt cases that has been swept under the table, where is Andrew Yakubu, Maina, what about Ganduje that was caught on tape? The school feeding program cost millions even during the height of covid 19 lockdown! Billions spent on pallatives but the masses couldn't feel anything, this is the time we the youth can challenge this government and hold them accountable, what about billions spent and budgeted for vision 2020, now they've started vision 2050, another sick agenda to further dip us into poverty!

Its time to challenge the Senate to give account if the millions they earn in $ is justified, no wonder that the kill and main to get to the upper chamber. I'm sorry to deviate from thread, I just dey para mode, if you're not on the protest ground, you should be vibrant online about this course!

$2,183,685, that's what a senator earns p.a. in a country where there is extreme poverty.

Some people are looking to light the matches that will set the country on fire. It is obvious he has another passport and country to run to when thing get out of hand if force is used. Only dialogue and concrete action will resolve this.
I just add my like to make it 500.

These people don't know what has come on us! We're angry!

Their kids go to the best of schools outside the country and when they return, they fly about in the country's private jet meant only for the president or move around on convoys and therefore their kids aren't harassed by sars officials! We're tired! How many of us have to die for this country to be better? Just yesterday, a protester was shot again by policeman and she said something heartfelt, "i'm glad that i was part of this fight" and why she was being rushed to hospital, she gave up.

Then you think we'd stop? You're still killing us during a peaceful protest and you think we're stupid and that you've met our terms? We're are not stupid! Our parents have been losing their ward's life during this peaceful protest and you say you've met our terms?! More lies!

God bless you for this piece, this is one of the best thing to read today.

I respect D President for using wisdom in handling this so far. Army warned protesters Buhari called them to order, Army now warning thugs attacking protesters. Signs that they r listening. Wike warned protesters but he latter joined protesters to March. Some people still believe no progress will be made. Them go shock for real

I hope the government will not change it for the protesters when the agitation continues, there are massive unemployment in the country, cost of living is on the high side, ASUU and FG are speeding up their negotiation thinking it will reduced the protest ground from being filled but No.

First, I want to thank everyone who has given a positive feedback on my music in the past and for those with negative ones, I appreciate you. I'm doing something different and I'm enjoying it. StreetlyGospel, a style of music relevant within and outside religious environment, it is alienic to our culture, even Dr. Ayefele who does tungba gospel was heavily criticised at a time, how much more me with very little or low influence?

7 weeks ago, my team conceived an idea to reintroduced my style of music through freestyle and we called it #KeepingUpWithJapp and they insisted it has to be a public place, don't forget, [ b]StreetlyGospel is a style of music relevant within and outside religious environment, because I've always wondered why secular[/b] artiste has more followers, trend easily and propagate a style that has massive influence in our churches, Tesumole was freely performed in many churches, does it mean we can't have a similar style of music relevant within and outside religious setting consistently and that was what motivated me to challenge the system.

I'm not doing music to be rich or famous, I never made it to the teens choir and I always admire my colleagues every Sundays wearing the gown walking majestically to the choir stand, many of them are not doing anything related to music today and they still marvel each time they come across my contents online, in fact, some offers to come over to studio to back up and adlip some songs. And for my style of music, I grew up heavily influenced with the work of Notorious BIG, Tupac, Snoop, Jarule, Lil Kim and many others but the Holy Spirit in me won't allow me to use their choices of words while composing my songs.

My life is not rested on this music thing, for me and the crew, its fun and the crew is becoming larger everyday meeting people who believe music is their only way to escape poverty and believes I can help them, some of them are the 2 guys featured in this week's episode of #KeepingUpWithJapp. The video was shot in their main territory at Iwo road Ibadan hence the smoke from weed that can be seen on the footage, we've been shooting all our videos in their park for awhile, though a public park and while it remains their territory as most of the users are destitute, bowlers and beggers with no definite abode, they have accepted us (myself and the crew) as part of them and we cannot go to their abode with our personal laws that can forestall them from what is accustomed to the park like smoking weed. We are currently making efforts on how the park can be upgraded with some amenities like public seats, toilets and waste bin to avoid open defecation and we hope our presence with some of our activities will bring corporate users and change the pattern at which the park is currently being used.

Not to bored you with much words, below is a thriller and full video to episode 6 shot on Wednesday, how to feature is in the video.

Thriller (29 sec)

Full Video (36min)

Please kindly subscribe and share to help promote these guys if you can. They did freestyle for over 55min without repetition, we had to limit it to 36min and I can attest to it, they have lamba. Both of them are ex-bowler now truck pushers and like I said earlier, I am not desperate to be known but music is the only thing that can take these dudes out of the street and it will take a big management for them not to blow whatever fortune they made out of music but that's left to them, their destiny and God, mine is what I'm doing now.

Kindly share and subscribe if you can, thanks. How to reach the producer is in the footage.

Thanks

We need verification badge on Nairaland and I'll suggest Seun start with you among some other veterans in this community. This is the best most balanced analysis, even as a Ronaldo fan, I'll never dispute! May the Lord bless the next generation with a crazy rivalry like this Messi and Ronaldo...

I can no longer hate Messi, it is a burden but Ronaldo still remains the GOAT even if he can't proof anything again! He has shown his fighting spirit, how being serious with one's #Hustle can get someone going.

Thanks for this piece.
