The brits transported the corrupt name across the warri river and called agbarha land(urhobo) "New warri" the ijaws were squating at d bank of the warri river Itsekiris are the owner of Iwere(ode itsekiri, old warri) Urhobos are the owners of Warri town (agbassa, new warri).

Read the last paragraph of what you posted again and you will know that the Ijaws and other ethnic groups have no claim whatsoever to Warri.
For clarity, the Itshekris accepted their legal loss over Sapele to Uhrobo yet same Uhrobo refused to accept their own loss in Warri.
