I am a civil servant. Labour has a law guiding them and it doesn't cover them vetting the institution. They can't manage the employment and promotion of civil servants. The reason we have IPPIS was to checkmate this. But because the same politicians and top government officials appointed to head agencies are the ones adding their children names and relatives to nominal roll.

Also, the politicians and top government appointees over time have been stealing and embezzling funds but it has never affected the economy.
