Sorry but no excuse for failure. Take a look at the federal university in the state. Is not us to top 30 best university in Nigeria but the school fees has been doubled to 100k. Tell me how lower income masses can send their children to the school which has poor infrastructure? Anambra is ita joke. Only zones where development is ungoing is Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi, Ekwulobia, Obosi what of Ihiala, Aguata, Ozobulu, Anam no development in those area only thing there are motels .

like u don't know anambra, anambra has even development although onitsha, nnewi n awka get d much attention bcuz they are d core business areas, aside day, u provide each district nd zone what u gave to the other.
