Its everything you know am sure link building and writting too much content keyworded content that is, the rule is this the more posts you have the more search so more clicks on your site, i see nairaland has too many posts so most traffic is from search so get posts whether you pay people or copy

How many niche websites do you have. Or you use all high paying keywords in one site?

$500 to $1300 a day if you want that much abandon all useless low paying keywords and use high paying keywords only also try to avoid local traffic american desktop traffic or even smartphones performs well per click, you dont need to have huge traffic to make money on adsense but valuable traffic with high paying keywords obviously if you have alot of traffic after these youd make even $1000 a day

O boy!!! even with my super fast internet it takes a long time to completely load.
Look into the load time. Even google sef go vex for the site

I have no preference but use worpress as it has a lot of plugins you will need in future for customization.
