Nnpc would buy from him at 1300 and sale to you at ₦750... Paying a subsidy of ₦500 per litre while u buy at ₦850 to ₦8950

NNPCL is technically exchanging its crude it sells in naira to DRL for the refined products. It makes perfect business sense to be the offtaker and marketers will now buy from it at a strategic margin.

The instruction by government was sell to Dangote not swap. NNPCL is looking for how to create secrecy and confusion They are not supposed to be sole off takers in a deregulated market system.
