I laugh when they try to showcase suburbs in Dar, apart from Avics and one or two they have nothing to show.. the whole City is purely unplanned.

S.A and Kenyan Cities have clear different between Slums and proper residential areas unlike Tz and Nigerian Cities (except Abuja).

Some times I wonder why they say Kibera is the biggest slum in Africa? While all slums occupies less than 5% of Nairobi Land.

When I look at a City like Dar es saam 90% of is a big slum by Kenyan standard.

Imagine Kenya the hunger tricken country is the biggest African investor in The whole of E.Africa;Tanzania,Ugand,Rwand,Ethiopia and S.Sudan. We export more than we import from any of this country.
