Depends on what you see as tourist.

Kenya has about 1.5m foreign tourist and over 4m Domestic tourist. On a good year it goes to about 8m total local and international tourist.

That is why we have a lot of hotels and resort towns around the country.

I took one Ghanian to Port Harcourt, he was marvelled. Even some foreigners like Port Harcourt more than Lagos. Now that tells alot.

You can't compare Port Harcourt with Mombasa.
