rvp20182: Are you talking about Lagos we know or the Lagos in Portugal? The one we know for example has about the same skyscrapers - as Kampala - Nairobi has about twice. Mombasa alone has about 3-4 times the hotel beds than entire Lagos. The Lagos we know has slum population of more than 70% - and entire city apart maybe from VI - is mish mash of slums. The Lagos we know only see electricity every tuesday, water maybe every wednesday and sewage & garbage collection maybe monthly. The lagos we know has completely broken down road network outside the few 2-3 lanes highways. The grindlock from the port itself is Africa's (world) worst..and containers take 1 month to squeeze thro it the port.
The Nairobi we know is the one named the top most dynamic city in entire Africa and within top 10 of the entire globe.
We have gone through pictures here - for 5,000 pages - and we are still waiting for good picture from Lagos - maybe in 2050 when you complete the 2kms (size of Kibera) - Eko City.

I was watching Dangote speak about industrialization in Nigeria. He said industrialization will never happen untill Nigeria fix it's Power issues...
