I too have tried the short code for generating OTP but NY glo line keeps saying "Connection problem or invalid MMI code" and this is the same number I have been using throughout this npower program last year. Please what is the way out or is there a challenge on our account? Please I will like to know what went wrong and the way out.....please reply.

As a professional help desk officer that you are, I don't think it's a good practice to pass such a warning as this and site line innocent 2017 volunteers whose time you know have been wasted. Remember how eager these people are. All you should be doing is pacify them and not make such authoritative comments. If not to make ends meet, who would be commenting in the first place? And I know very well that most people here are older than you.

But how then did the senders get our numbers or does power share our numbers with third party? I also got the message. The DELAY has given room for so much misdemeanour and very soon, the entire process may become adulterated (if it is any different at the moment). Issues like lost of submitted document, natural disaster, and political influence may creep in. PLEASE, NIGERIANS DESERVE BETTER.

But what exactly is the cause of the delay in 2017 npower program? Or is the program crashing like some other govt. Programs? What is the faith of npower because pupolar opinion has it that npower will crash.
