As in.... I knw two ppl who wrote JAMB with me. Their academic capacities are very diffrent. D less intelligent 1 had 282, d more intelligent 1 had 255. Reason? D intelligent 1 had lots of multiple choice qs in his Phy nd d less intelligent one had his Phy nd Chem qs in his absolute favour.

Lol. Yep, cutoff depends on gen perfrmance nah. I didnt lyk d fact dat d exam didnt av uniform qs tho. Sum Med aspirants had few calcs to do in Phy nd Chem, while sum had plenty calcs. Anyway, it all didnt happen on d same day, hence d diff questns. Twas jst a game of luck nd favour.

Like DELSU for instance had a very difficult pume hence very low cut offs..imagine 58 for law...but dt 58 nr b beans o..very hard to get

Twas obvious that medicine pume was more difficult than that of law n law aspirants are closer to their cut off that most medical aspirants......lol...I think uniben was being humane for once

You are right. Second choice is a privilege and giving Mr A ahead of Mr B is just pushing it too far.

400 people chose EE and only 200 met her cut-off. Their second choice is Maths and they all met maths cut-off which is 60. As a matter of fact,they all scored above 65..

Lets assume maths has only 200 slots and no student who chose maths as 1st choice scored up to 65 despite meeting Maths cut-off of 60. According to Swisscarter's admission policy,all the people who chose maths as first choice will not be Offered Mathematics..

Left for me 2nd choice in uniben is purely cosmetic. Cos they ll almost never give u ur 2nd choice except u fill in a "rejected" course that lacks students
