We are asked to mine for free and to withdraw one has to buy two Litecoin to withdraw maximally. I bought level two because of my earlier experience. To my surprise, the withdrawal was a half of what I was doing without money.

Even when u get tenants paying as at when due, returns on house investment is very little compared to money pumped in building it. Just very few landlords are lucky to have good tenants. I think investing in things like treasury bills is better than building. At least u have peace of mind & can get your money as at when due. She should get a good lawyer, not caretaker, tenants fear lawyers more. At least the presence of a lawyer will curtail their excesses to some extent.
