God expects us to be perfect yes Matthew 5:48. And then if there is sin, GOD still forgives. But not that the believer remains in sin and then says GOD will forgive me. Romans 6:1
What I am saying is this if he dies in his sins he will perish because he did not believe in the POWER of Christ over sin Romans 6:14-18, John 8:11
Jesus has told us to "go and sin no more" |

@ nuella2
If the Christian that sins dies in his sins or is in his sins when Jesus comes, he will PERISH.
@noetic16
Truly the unpopular gospel is hardly preached today. Can you imagine that time is grinding to a close and the signs of the end-time is glaring in our sights, yet the only gospel we hear people preach is that of a merciful GOD who is sooooooooooooooooo forgiving even when the ways of sinners and church goers are not right?
A merciful GOD should be preached with a condition that the sinner is repentant and not as if GOD is begging and can't do without a sinner of sinning church goer.
The problem is that I have this burden but honestly don't know where to start |

People should verify info before spreading them,
Personally I deleted the mail when I saw it |

Yes the world needs you and me. But can I really stand up and cry to the people knowing that they will perish if they don't change their ways? Or I'll pamper them to believe that GOD is merciful and forgiving and no matter what they do He will forgive them (which is true only if they turn from their ways) |
Christianity Etc › A Weeping Prophet by Jaylone(op): 2:59pm On Mar 08, 2010 |
I think the world need another Jeremiah, Elijah and David. But the one I think is needed most is Jeremiah. WHY? He was a weeping prophet, crying out for GOD for a nation that had gone to idolatry. His words "Thus saith the LORD, What iniquity have your fathers found in me, that they are gone far from me, and have walked after vanity, and are become vain?" With many such words he portrayed GOD crying for His lost children to come home.
DON'T the world need someone like this?

Christianity Etc › Healing From The Lord by Jaylone(op): 10:08am On Mar 05, 2010 |
So many people are fascinated when the issue of healing come up. Now there is a kind euphoria and joy when a man claims healing. But which is better? Healing of the body or the healing of the soul.
So many people are going about with wounded spirits and have no comfort. The core ministry of our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ was the healing of the spirit and the soul, before the healing of the body.
So if you are bruised in your spirit, reach and touch JESUS and be healed.
AMEN |

Isaiah 57:1
"The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come."
Ecclesiastes 7:15-17
"All things have I seen in the days of my vanity: there is a just man that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked man that prolongeth his life in his wickedness. Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself? Be not over much wicked, neither be thou foolish: why shouldest thou die before thy time?" |

I pity this Country where young men and women choose to celebrate evil and castigate the good. If she had granted the interview and remain numb like others I bet we will all be shouting that all the ministers are evil. Now she had stood out many here are cowardly saying that she is pursuing her agenda. When will we all one day collectively STAND OUT for truth |

coolguyz: This country is just one huge theatre
1545 - Michael Aondoakaa is also scheduled to return this afternoon.
1530 - The private meeting has ended and the Minister of Information gave a very quick briefing confirming that the Acting President would indeed be meeting with the first lady this evening. She dodged the obvious question of why he is meeting the first lady and not the President.
1448 - Acting President Goodluck Jonathan to meet with First lady Turai Yar’Adua this evening.
The Acting President Goodluck Jonathan will continue to run state affairs while President Umaru Yar'Adua recovers after three months of medical treatment in Saudi Arabia, the presidency has announced.
A statement by Olusegun Adeniyi, a spokesman for the presidency said, "President Yar'Adua wishes to re-assure all Nigerians that on account of their unceasing prayers and by the special grace of God, his health has greatly improved. However, while the President completes his recuperation, Vice President Jonathan will continue to oversee the affairs of state."
1404 - Statement by Presidency spokesman, "VP to run state affairs as President recovers."
1333 - Officials of the State Security Service (SSS) ransack office of the Vice-President.
1326 - Unconfirmed reports quote sources at Aso rock as saying that the Acting President Goodluck Jonathan will resign at the 2PM meeting and some ministers might go with him.
1245 - Action Congress says the "mere presence" of the president is not enough for him to resume power. Publicity secretary, Lai Muhammed, says the president must now write a letter to nation assembly to announce that he is fit for office.
1239 - Senate begins third reading of Section 145 ammendement bill. On the same day that it passed the second reading.
1232 - Army official detailed to receive president at airport this morning claims that Mr. Yar'Adua "walked" into the waiting ambulance. This is unconfirmed.
1220 - Secretary to the government of the federation, Yayale Ahmed, announces that the weekly federal executive council meeting has been postponed. The Acting president will still meet with his cabinet in his office at 2pm but this will be a private meeting. No reference made to President Yar'Adua's health or return. He is not expected however to attend the meeting between Goodluck Jonathan and his cabinet.
1153 - Senate goes ahead to conclude debate amending section 145 of the constitution without any mention of President Yar’Adua’s return.
1135 - Jonathan is waiting, trying to avoid embarrassment by staying away and waiting for the president who is taking eternity to come out
1134 - Senate makes no reference to the president's return and continues session on amendment of Section 145 of the Nigerian constitution. However various groups are seen fervently huddling together during recess.
1131 - A security detail is guarding the president’s chair to ensure Acting President, Goodluck Jonathan does not sit on the chair.
♦One hour after the weekly cabinet meeting of ministers was supposed to have commenced, there is no sign that it would hold, as all the ministers have stayed away.
Neither the Acting President, Goodluck Jonathan nor his aides have also turned up. This is very unusual, as they (the Acting President and his aides) always keep to time in past meetings. Mr Jonathan had locked out some ministers from past meeting for lateness.
However, aides to the ailing President, Umaru Yar'Adua who returned to the country, early this morning were seen at the chambers. Mr Yar Adua's (Aide-de-Camp) ADC, Mustapha Onoedieva and Chief security Officer Yusufu Tilde were seen at the council chambers for a while earlier today, but they also left.
No presidency official is willing to talk yet.
President Umaru Yar'Adua returned to Nigeria early this morning, and was carried from the airport in an ambulance. A terse report on Nigerian Television Authority this morning said he has been taken to a ‘clinic.' Something is about to happen |
