A question to be answered, I have read many posts of people claiming that women become arrogant when they become successful, it would be nice for people to please let us know how humble men become when they are successful, or is humility a virture for women alone?

It has also been mentioned that successful women start to throw money their money on their husband's faces when it starts to 'get to their heads'.

Please let Nigerian married women, who live in Nigeria come and honestly tell us how nicely and politely their husbands always respond to thier demands for money (house keeping, school fees etc)

A woman should make money and offer it to the man on her knees while the man can tell you the story of how he is plucking the money from the tree!


It is just an unfair world, isn't it?

If you read previous posts, you'll see that the problem is an attitude problem both for the spouses. Now it becomes delicate owing to the fact that the woman is supposed to submit to the husband and the husband is to provide for his household.

Things may not work out as expected and the woman become more successful.

With mutual respect and understanding the two can work out and still live in harmony, but most of the time this is not the case.

Also if a man provide not for his WIFE/family or with pride and arrogance belittles the wife THERE IS JUDGMENT.

There is no need for a guy to be AFRAID of a successful woman. But the problem is that, so many times because of our people with the attitudes and culture, many men would not (would not) want to settle in with a successful woman.

There are so many women though who may not have these attitudes, yet guys are not ready since they may in their opinion get the wrong woman

The issue is more than just hoping. The effort should be yours. Assuming an important visitor were to visit you, preparation would be in top gear. So also it is vitally important to prepare for the King of kings. Only this time the preparation is a little different. Give your life to Him as your Lord and personal Saviour, after recognizing that you are a sinner and repenting of your known sins. Ask Him to come into your life and direct you in all your endeavours. And most importantly WATCH.

There is no need for me to hope He doesn't come now. I must be prepared.

Sorry, but this is a serious matter. There must be a definite preparation starting from the heart and a readiness to meet with the maker of your soul. So many people are meeting Him now unprepared. If you don't leave the world to meet Him, Jesus is still coming soon. ARE YOU READY??

The most important thing is to be ready and not to convince any one. Noah preached to the people and as Jesus put it, "But as the days of Noe were, so shall the coming of the Son of man be.
