Are you saying he agreed to the "rape" and the judge still discarded the case?
I am saying that his defense is "The incident happened a long time ago & should be dismissed. He didn't deny the rape allegation in his statement

Scatterscatter:
I stand with Freeze on this.

You can't win a Rape case in court by mere story telling. Provide evidence and watch your story gain credibility.

PS: don't get me wrong, I don't support rape, neither do I support Fatoyinbo. I'm only saying we should learn to resolve issues by going through the right channel.

The case should be taken to Ogun, Sango or Amahdioha and not the court.

Thank you!
Did you read Fatoyinbo's court defense? He didn't deny anything he was accused of. The defense was that the incident happened a long time ago. He didn't deny raping her undecided

You want to hear good reasons for the arrest and you expect it to be online?

If he's aggrieved, his parents can sue. They could afford to pay millions to put him in school, they can also afford to get a lawyer.

Next case please.
A person is innocent until proven guilty. He shouldn't have been assaulted like that even if he insulted the VC
