A game changing coach should have atleast two formations his team has mastered so that in the event where his opponent has successfully neutralized his first formation, he should be able to switch. That is called having tactical nus. Also, every highly technical coach should have "a joker" a sub that you can bring in when the starting 11 is having a bad day and he will come in with something new. For our darling Chelsea, it is difficult to see a player come from the bench and start the game changing. Most subs come in to consolidate.

Well, we won't feel bad because our closest rivals Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool dropped points too today. But it shouldn't be a consolation. We played badly and made Liverpool looked so good.
