Good day all,i have a whinning sound coming from the engine bay,sound gets louder while revving the engine.I have tried to pin down the exact location of the sound it was impossible.
The mechanic changed power steering pump and cup,poured dextron 3 sound still there.He called in a gear specialist, who changed converter and pump,the sound is still there.
Please who has encountered this challenge before, vehicle is an RX 33O 05,location is Aba.

I changed a few suspension and steering component, bow joint, tie rod end, stabilizer linkage and steering knuckle, after which a whinning sound came up which gets louder when the engine is revved up, the mecho said it was the steering pump,that it has packed up,the oil level in the cup is at the max level,oil color is light red.please experts in the house please come to my rescue, its an RX 330

Good morning, Please i need assistance, i changed tie rod ends ,bow joints and steering knuckle yesterday, when i came to pick the vehicle in the evening, i started it and there was a whinning sound coming from the engine bay and on trying to move the vehicle, the wheels were wobbling as if the front tires will fold.Am going back this morning, who has had this experience and what could be wrong? Please i need your input.

Good day, the old engine is making an obvious rattling sound,during start up it makes a hard noise before starting usually the first starting for the day,the mechanic advised i change it,its not bringing out white or black smoke from the exhaust.

So I believe its the same thing here. Now, I'm not saying anyone is wrong here. You are married now, so you shouldn't expect your wife to react the same way you/your family would in any circumstance. She is a person with different opinions too. You've lived as bachelor since but that has got to change. For example, that issue about wedding plans, you should have told her about the two prices and given her reasons why 'you' want to go for the one you want. Only a mad woman will refuse to accept your choice. But no! You made the decision without consulting her. Even I would be angry!
What are you telling her? That her opinion doesn't matter? Well, I guess it wasn't intentional.
But like I said, act like a married man now.
And I also feel your sisters should give your and Mrs a break for a while. I know they love you and in their eyes you're still their 'lil' brother. Try to show them that's changed now respectably.
It would also be nice to discuss this with your wife.....

@ op,am sorry because you may not like to hear the truth.if your assertions are true and real,you do not need nairaland input to take a decision. This lady has no tespect for you let alone love,i think you are the one excited about marrying her not the other way round.Well you can go ahead and marry her so you will be a learning point for others.
