Good Morning Guys, please I need your insight as I am having some issues relating to a transaction I made in May with stanbic bank. I made a purchase of 1800 and 800 dollars when the Amazon exchange rate was 208. The transaction was complete at the rate of 208 and notifications sent to my phone.
However yesterday I received an alert that 220,000 was deducted from my account, reason being that the transaction done earlier was at Amazon rate not Stanbic rate. Please I need assistance, Has anyone here experienced something like this before? How do I resolve this as I cannot afford to lose this amount.

Don't worry once I'm done moving these funds you won't hear from me again unless of course I have more money to change. Times are hard and I'm not here to take away anyone's daily bread. I have educated some folks and probably saved them from some PayPal headache, that's all I care about.

No one is deceiving anyone, just a candid warning to those operating US PayPal from another country. They can limit your account at their own discretion the moment they figure out you are using a foreign IP regularly or when you call them from your foreign number. I've been using PayPal since 2002 and not once did my account get limited or revoked. Those your friends staying in Houston probably had their accounts frozen due to some legitimate reasons besides illegally operating a US PayPal from a foreign country.

It's also important to know that when you buy PayPal funds from someone and their account gets blocked,me withing 6 months of the transaction, those funds you bought will be useless unless you already used it to purchase goods or transfered to someone else, then it becomes that person's headache. Be careful out there.

Thinking of getting a Neteller card to use in the uk. I must pick between pounds and dollar card. Which is advisable I know with a pound card I can withdraw and do other things with it over there, but my issue is how do I keep funding it, where do I get the pounds to put in.
One he other hand having a neteller dollar card, I can always seek funding one way. Can I now use this Neteller card to withdraw from uk atms, will the rates be favourable, Please any advise would be helpful. Thanks
