It is morally wrong for a judge facing trial on corruption charges to continue his duties as a judge.

Don't bring Morality into this, because those asking them to step down don't have the moral standing to do so because, they are also corrupt.
Let's follow the rule of law or laid down principles and procedures of the law, what provision did the Law make in place for a situation like this, did the law provide for judges Suspected of an offence to step down? To the best of my knowledge of the Law the answer to this question is to Negative.

This guy would soon be arrested by the EFCC or DSS, nobody talks against Buhari and go unprobed.

As usual they are using technicalities to avoid doing the right thing. It is weird for a judge facing such weighty allegations of corruption to continue presiding over cases. Decency demands that they step aside until they clear their named.

If we should go by what you are saying Amaechi should not even be a minister. Saraki never did step down when he was facing trial under CCT, Amaechi has not been asked to step down, then why should the judges own be different.

I don't want to believe this story is true, if its actually true then this Nation is in a total mess. So anybody that is not dancing to Buhari tune should be probed. All of a sudden the first lady should be probed because she aired her views.

Kwakwansiya to me is Kwankwaso. The chairman of the movement to me again is still Kwankwaso. Which Governor wants to live in the shadow of his predecessor.

All i see is Rt Hon Rotimi Amaechi has no case to answer,

Both Judges claimed he tried to Bribe them but they refused and didnt report the matter to relevant authorities.

Amaechi is Free.

Now the Judges have to explain the Source of the Hard currencies found in their domain as proceeds of Bribe which the DSS has accused them of and recovered in their homes

You are now a judge that declares a person inoocent or guilty.
Allow Amaechi defends himself, you should never trust these politicians they are very deceptive.

This is not actually called for, how trivial issues makes news still suprises me.

Tired of all these, the person I want to hear come out and talk his the CJN, he was indicted here.

All of a sudden every Nigerian is now a Lawyer either acting as Prosecutors(Wailers) and Defendant(Zombies). Some have even exalted themselves to the bench, asking for evidence to be tendered, admitting and rejecting evidence, ready to pass judgement.
My fellow Nigerians I realise we end up fighting each other and forgetting our common enemy the government. Whetjer you are APC or PDP should not be consequential now. United we stand divided we fall.

First and foremost I don't believe everything. I'm not in the best position to answer the questions as to why or why not the judge just decided to expose ameachi. The question that begs for answer is whether ameachi actually tried to bribe him or not and not why the judge decided to expose him now.
