CHANNELStv2020: Money is one of the main drivers of corruption. If you want to reduce it, you have to limit the amount of money in the system. Same goes for Nigeria, if you want to limit the corruption get rid of allocation in this country. Let every state raise there own revenue that way they would be less money and people would be able to better monitor where the money is going if not its going to continue. 1 Like |

kikake: Do you actually believe there will ever be a proper census in Nigeria? With the level of international conspiracy involved it is literally impossible. Like I've always written they will waste 222billion and basically calculate 3% annual growth for 33 States while Lagos, Kano, Rivers and Abuja will have slightly higher percentage ascribed to them. What really baffles me is this...so if given 1 million dollars for each state plus abuja they still wont be able to conduct a census?i.e. 1m dollar for adamawa abia etc. 400 million naira cant conduct a census in anambra or lagos or kafuna?? How many workers r needed to confuct a census in 1 local govt? If they had adked for 20billion naira i would have still doubted them. But 222 billion?? I dey fear them!! CHANNELStv2020: 1 Like |

Why waste money that is not available on census. Government should just make it compulsory compulsory for all 10 years and above to register with NIMC within a time frame and population will be known 2 Likes |

No need for too much wahala. They should use the N2billion on top to buy the database software and hardware. Then tell every Nigerian to go to any bank of their choice give their biometrics to open a special account into which the government will pay 1 billion. The results will be more accurate that way. Our Government teacher back in secondary school told Us the census is conducted every 10 years. Meaning it should be conducted this year, considering the last one was in 2006. So why 2018? Somebori explain o 3 Likes |

Instead of govt releasing such money for census, let it divide the 220 billion among nigerians. One can imagine how much each nigerian will receive. People are hungry and also tired of this country. |
