what's the way out to the inflated oanda rates prior to submission?

I started my 28 day count in july when the rates were about 410naira to a pound, now its about 470.

Shall I proceed with submission with the rates I started with? Please advise.

I used priority last year at Ikeja and I got my visa after 4 working days but it's around October which I presume is not a peak period for them. I really don't know how priority works during July - August period.

I want to know if it's ok or if anyone here has applied for visa whose date of application exchange rate on oanda is a bit higher than what he/she had in thier account during the 28day period.
I have already done my funding which was above the rates on oanda through out the 28day period,however I had to send the statement to my uni for verification cos they asked before they could send my cas, I was planning to pay for my application on the 2nd of August but unfortunately the rates peaked and up till today been the 7th of Aug it hasn't dropped and am a bit skeptical if it's gonna drop soon cos it's #470 to £1 at the moment and the rate I used was#450 to £1 at the time I commenced my funding.
Pls I need ur advice guys if I should submit cos my statement is about 2weeks now since I printed it out and I don't have any money to top up o. My tuition

I think they will also check the rates on the specific day you deposited the money. If it was 425 on the deposit day and you used 405 or 410 to deposit, hoping that rates will fall, that's when you should be worried. But if it's 425 or 430 and you deposited with 450 and it rose to 470 or 475, they are reasonable enough, they can't deny you based on that.
