That Is what happens when you try to release 2 albums In less than 2 yrs. "Ghost StorIes" was too average even for a Coldplay album, although the album wasnt the usual electro-heavy sound we are used to hearIng from Coldplay. "A Head Full of Dreams" was just not even there.

Well in my opinion i don't think it has anything to do with space between their album. Chris Brown released 2 great albums in 1 year. Linkin Park practically drops 2 good albums in any year they release an album. I think their sound has change and the change is not appealing. Please read my earlier post. My opinion though.

I watched the performance, it was superb, but as you stated the album was below par and also I need someone to explain why Beyonce was featured in hymn for the weekend.

I think they are trying to appeal more to the American market. Apparently the album sounds too American this has removed the unique element in their sound. The European feel in there songs is what a lot of people liked (I guess).

Or maybe they thought they could do what Maroon 5 and Christiana Aguilera did in "move like jagger"...donno.

You are so right. The coldplay's album did not meet expectation @ all. On a separate note their stage performance in this year's super bowl was awesome. U need to watch it.

So I was going through my BB channels on my phone the other day and I stumbled on this BBM channel "Naija Rock Channel". I didn't realize that there were a lot of rock fans in Naija. So...I'm a lover of old school jams especially songs done in the 70s (though I was born more than a decade afterwards ). I was looking out for new songs to buy on itunes and I stumbled on a track by Prince done in 1979 and guess what, the beat sounds exactly like P-square EjaJo. Its no news that P-Square are master samplers, however I thought they had turn a new leaf until i saw this.

There's nothing bad sampling, the bad part is not giving credit to the original owner of the song. Anyway I'm still a big fan of P-Square and Prince . Here are the two songs below...unfortunately i couldn't embed the dailymotion video but u can use the link below... listen and enjoy...

Your observation is on point. I think the main problem are the Banks. It's been awhile I've seen a bank ATM paying in any other denomination than 1000 and 500 naira note. The CBN in its prudential guideline on ATM service directs the banks to load all denomination of naira in their ATM. However the banks have refused to comply.

But then again, it may be the fault of CBN for not printing smaller denominations.
