My bad, you guys didn't get the question.

Ladies fall in love but I just don't have the feelings of reciprocating the love.

Question: how do you develop feelings for a lady ?
RomanceHow To Fall In Love With A Lady by Jcob(op): 12:38pm On Nov 14, 2010
Ok, there is this lady having soft spot for you but you are not just feeling anything and she's like what the hell guy . . . . I love You. Despite that no emotional attachment to her. And not just her, but all ladies. To have feelings for a lady, she musta wowed you.
Though you don't mind one night stand with them but the continuous feelings is the ish.

What's the best and fastest way to fall in love. Sex aside !

@ Ajanlekoko and Netotse,

Thanks for the fund manager thingy, already made a few findings about ARM. E better make person start now at least on a monthly basis. I have an enquiry thread about them here nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-549727.0.html#msg7126583

@Beneli, heeya bro, this is Nigeria for you, nothing works the way it should. Thought you've even started the health scheme project. Anyways, God will see you through !

@ thread,
Digital marketing moving to the next level in Nigeria. Thank God we don't need to convince clients to use the media. . . . . . .they already know how it works but convincing them to pay/ use if for their business/brand awareness is war. They want it, but they are not ready to pay. FYI, over 44 million Nigerians come online every month.
BusinessInquiry on ARM Investment by Jcob(op): 8:24am On Nov 12, 2010
Hi,

I would like to inquire about ARM investment before starting anything with them. How their system works, minimum amount I can start with, roi, pros and cons and probably personal reviews of those that have investment there.  etc

Thanks

RomanceIs Facebook Only For Romance ? My Granny Wants A Facebook Account by Jcob(op): 9:22am On Nov 06, 2010
Something caught my attention some days ago when I visited a friend of mine at home, we vividly discussed the importance of social media in digital marketing and how it can help in building brand awareness and at the same time increase returns on investment.

Facebook was our reference word as we mentioned it in every phrase and sentence . I suddenly noticed my friend’s Granny smiling at the laptop screen, not to embarrass her, I humorously asked her what she was smiling at . . . . . . and she replied with a big smile ” Come and See” . I stood up, went to her side and it was her pictures on Facebook when she was 20, 35 , 60 and 67. . . . . she is presently 71 years old.

My friend took his time to compile all her pictures, uploaded it on his Facebook account and engages the Granny any time he is less busy. Even though the Older Mama cannot operate a computer, she still finds joy in looking at the pictures, smiling and soliloquizing. We thrilled her when we showed her the pictures and videos of Family members and Friends on Facebook. You know old people now ! She won’t just let us go, she requested we search for wedding pictures, search for a friend of hers she lost contact with 40 years ago . Duh ? We tried explaining that Online Content is GIGO (Garbage in Garbage Out).

She finally allowed us to go on one request, ” To buy her a Laptop and a Facebook Account so that she can get pictures and talk with her old school friends. We agreed jokingly and told her she would start her Facebook tutorial next week.

Immediately we left the house, I told my friend that if a 71 year old Mama could be this addicted to Facebook just because of her past pictures she saw, then we still have more people to join the social media scene for whatever reason that would attract them.

If Facebook is still alive and active in the next 5 years, I can see over 10 million Nigerians on the platform.

Till then, Hasta Lavista.

CareerRe: Job Dilema, Urgent Advice Please by Jcob(m): 5:54pm On Nov 05, 2010
You don't want to lose the two huh

IMHO, tell the sole man you are interested in working for him but he should wait till you finish your attachment so that you can put things in order. This should avail you the time to know if your Generator company will retain you or show you the exit. Either ways, it's a win-win situation as you already have 2 options.

It's just sad that the stock market collapsed when people like us started investing. I invested heavily in penny stocks and the value is still the same for the past two years.

@investors,

What's the best way to go about long term investment in Nigeria ?

Fixed deposit ?

Stock ?

Float a Business ?
