If you can't withdraw the cheque after 6 months the fund is reverted back to your paypal account

You can only withdraw your funds blocked in paypal to the country of paypal origin. I.e, if your paypal is US den your funds withdrawal is limited to be withdrawn to a US Bank else a cheque is issued to you.

Fighting for interest is a battle you can never win. Also, 40 days prayer can't stop paypal from issuing you a cheque if you don't have a bank account in the country of origin for the paypal account you hold.

You divide by 4 because there are four quarters in a year.
For example if you are investing for 91 days. After calculating 0.135 x 100,000 = N13,500 (this interest is for one whole year).

To get the interest for 91 days which is a quarter of 365 days, you do this; N13,500/4 quarters = N3375 interest for a quarter ie 91 days investment.

speaking from the layman perspective is 91 days not equal to 3 months? am a littke confused 120 days should be equal to 4 months nah, so why divide by 4 instead of 3, I must be missing somthing since the whole thing is new to me attached is the screen shot for the last auction for Oct 5,2016 take note of the maturity date its Jan 5, 2017 which is exactly 3 months, so why should we divide the 13,000 by 4 and not 3 please

In simple English and easy mathematics
91 days = 3 months
365 days = 12 months

Easy mathematics
Why not first divide by 12 months
After that multiply by 3 months

Which means X/12×3= interest for 3 months

If X= 13500
Then interest = 13500/12x3 = 3375

I took a closer look at the pictures on his profiles both on facebook and linkedIn. They exactly look like the picture on the i.d card he sent to me. Just that the names do not match.

This guy is not a scammer but he might be abl to help because he has used this same email to receive PayPal funds on my behalf before. So maybe he knows another person using it or who he gave recently.

That was my thoughts too. But he further went ahead to send an atm card bearing same name issued by UBA. I asked for a utility bill, but he claimed he uses prepaid meter. So the atm card was the only other verification.

I have seen people with fake Id and have a bank account in the name on the id but that was before the Era of BVN which is no longer possible.

I think since you saw it and flagged it, you should have requested for a recent Id

I can't believe an id card issued 2005 about 11 years ago when false information can be given can now be used 11 years after.

That should have been a pointer that something is wrong and the id should be termed fake.
