can any one help me  tell me what 2 do about my printer.  I install the driver for the printer if i connect the  USB CABLE it doesn't properly works, it keep telling me usb device not recognized i reinstall the driver is still is giving me the same problem.  can any one tell me what 2 do    IAM USING WINDOWS XP SP2

my advice is to change the Printer usb cable cos the cable you using is not good dats what is giving you the 'usb device not recognized error'

i wonder why your micro SD 1gb which i brought from your office, never had a name written on it and it came without the adapter and i was never informed about it in the first place when i called to make my order. i brought it for a friend and i had to hand the pack over to him the way you guys packaged it only to be turned to a fool  when it was opened. the card never had a name stating the maker or the size, never came in a pack but was just taped to your handbill which could even get missing in the process of opening it.
this has to be stated here in your post so that people would know what to expect when card is ordered from you. why show a pics of a card with name written on it along side its adapter when that is not what will be delivered
