Frankrobbn1: This is absolutely the best way to prove to the immigration authorities that you will have complete assess to funds during the course of your studies. Apart from him paying your tuition fee and transferring funds to your account, you should include relevant documents to show that you're closely related. Documents like: Birth Certificates, International Passport, family photos should suffice.
It will end in praise Thank you so much for this, I’ll do as you’ve said |

JustMellow: Hello JDforeal,
Advised. Just include your father's previous employment, promotion, and retirement letters. So are his IDs and payslips if any, or any other document to portray him as a retired senior citizen.
In order not to just narrate that he has been idle since retirement, if possible, you can draw up a contract agreement and receipt to demonstrate that despite been retired, he still earns painfully through the management and operations of his rental properties and/or haulage business, or as the case may be.
Best of Luck Thanks a lot for your feedback If I understand you, I should indicate what my parents to in my sop? |

JDforeal: Thanks JustMellow for your response
For more clarity My sponsor(immediate elder brother) earns 1.1m monthly and has been working in his current job for 8months now with a new bank account but he hardly has tangible balance in his account but currently has 1.6m balance He has over 8 years progressive work experience
As a family We’ve been able to raise 10million and plan on sending it to his personal account as sales of property and generate a purchase receipt that would be notarized
Sponsor also has 1.2m in investment account and 6m in pension account And 5 landed property at purchase price of 7million
Sponsor would pay my first semester fees approx 3m (compulsory to secure a seat) from personal account and also send 5million to my personal account for living expenses for a year
Sponsor isn’t married hence doesn’t have any dependent
I have a landed property and a registered business name as my tie back home
My parents aren’t financially capable, my mom is a pensioner and doesn’t earn much
Please do you think this steps I plan taking is advisable? JustMellow lease I’ll appreciate your advise Thank you |

maestro09: To digress abit from your question, does your brother have dependents (wife and kids)? If yes, how does he plan to provide for them if only you is taking 8 million from him.
I think you should mention if his wife is working to show that she supports the house with her income. Thanks a lot for your response My brother isn’t married (30 yrs old) I’m he’s immediate younger sibling |

shupy: I'm no expert. However, It's important your sponsor(brother) show sufficient amount in his account, you on the other hand don't necessarily have to submit your statement of account. How old are you? Thanks so much for your response |

JustMellow: Hello JDforeal,
Your query is not all clear. However, if your brother is sponsoring you, he will have to demonstrate commitment by paying part of your tuition and LE transferred to you (or open a GIC).
The lump sum can be justified by property sales, deed gift, loan repayment, liquidation of investment, etc.
From the provided information, your sponsor's financial profile may not be satisfactory and the monies can be termed not accessible to PA or as borrowed monies. For better advice, you may want to give a clear picture of the true situation. What about your parents?

[quote author=Lekiboboe post=101068115]Big Congratulations to you Honorable
Good day Lekiboboe Please I have some questions and would appreciate your response
I got admission for Ontario college diploma in international business but graduated with 2.2 in economics I have been into fashion business for the past 2 years
My brothers is my sponsor. He has a lump sum of 9m entering his account from a 3rd party this excludes the 1.6 in his salary account, he earns a a little over a million monthly, and we plan on making purchase receipt for that and notarize it has he has quite a number of landed properties in his name
Do you think this is a good decision?
But he also would send 7.5m into my personal account for first term fees payment and LE
Please I would appreciate your advise |

Hello , please i would appreciate your help, I'm new here
I gained admission into a college in canada, and i'm trying to apply for study visa
I run a small fashion business and so my brother is my sponsor.
He earns quite a lot and have been working for years, but he hardly has liquid cash in his salary account
we intend using his personal account, but he also doesn't have much balance there and hasn't received more than 400k at a time in the past 6 month. He has lots of landed properties with documents and receipts to show.
My question is do we make a deed of sales for the lump-sum we intend transferring to his account (5m twice) for say a sales of a property, even though he didn't sell any property
Also does he have to transfer my leaving expenses to my personal account before i commence my application
@justmellow and everyone, please ill appreciate your advise |
