How i wish Nigerians can demand for real change of the constitution, true governance and accountability.

DOA, all is mouth action. No improved policy towards each countries economy, they are busy with regional currency.
Guess they will be using the ECO to trade imported goods within the region.

Provided supply ehn, like they gave it for free. Others provided something too, even if its the smallest commodity in town.
There are new and better way to things, and competition will make things better in the long run, leading to better services, practice, price e.t.c.
