I do hope this news is for real o! where did u guys have ur interview? i had mine in Abuja Nov last Year and dat has been the end of it, no other news

those that were successful in that test were invited to write a second one (an essay) on 2nd november and they should be expecting the interview anytime from now. Hope ur cousin applied for the graduate tax consultant like we were adviced to after the test on 27th sept.

over 300 questions in all. divided into about 5 sections.

verbal aptitude
logic reasoning
arithmetic - estimation (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages)

2 1/2 hours.

i finished from unilorin recently, i would advise you to look for something better to do.i aint discouraging you but unilorin's diploma is trash , u might wait for two years before result comes out and its not even sure u would be picked.

i went in thru JAMB and met a friend who was doing diploma in his final year. he is just in 200 level now and i graduted already,

nice fast school but the diploma is nothing to write home about

i have been wondering is it better to send cv as attachment or to paste them
because at times the employers may not be patient to download them

and

the cv tend to disorganise when they are pasted

dont get me wrong! FCMB is a great place where ur contributions wil be highly rewarded. infact i took a poll on FCMB and zenith and it was in favour of FCMB. People are leaving for better places mostly oil and gas. Like u know thats where all the pay is.

I wrote one of their ability tests they conducted for BAT last november.
it a computer based test, but i dont know if they still do that, becos as at then they had little hicupps.
the test consisted of 35 quantitative analysis questions made up of charts to be answered in about 30 minutes and 50 short essay questions to be answered in about 30 minutes too. u'll be given several paragraphs and then u choose amongst the alternatives the statement that best explains the paragraph (logical deduction). u will be given examples before the main questions, these examples are not timed so take ur time to study them, u'll be given the opportunity to click on ur choice of answer, but if u are wrong u cant go to the next example. once u understand the examples, then the questions will be a piece of cake. i scored quite high in the test.

U are making it hard for anyone to advise u becos u have not stated the name of the ogr. u are currently with. But bear in mind that bank jobs are very engaging and u spend almost all ur day working, as for UBA the pay isn't very palatable compared to other banks, but hey! if its better than where u are right now i think u shld make the move. Also know that its not going to be the end of u career, u can always move on from UBA.
