1. U bought fake panels, that sticker figures are not the panels isc n vmp, U need to test them individually.
2. Ur panel arrangement should b 2s2p not all in parallel
3. U didn't answer all the previous questions, it's difficult to give recommendations when you don't provide all necessary info.

Kindly snap d side of Ur hybrid inverter where d info is, Ur installer wanting to put all 4 300w in parallel might mean Ur hybrid inverter inbuilt charge controller might not be mppt but rather pwm
Ur panel doesn't fall under the category of wat they used to call 12v panel. 12v panels are d likes of 100w, 120w, 150w and some 200w cause their vmp is 20v and below.
Ur installer needs to know this, if he will put all 4 300w in parallel, Ur cable won't be able to sustain the amount of current that will b passing through it.
I'll recommend to talk to a different installer as U don't AV much knowledge about this.

thank you very much for the reply. I was using 5 300watts panels because the maximum wattage for the inbuilt charge controller is just 1500watts according to the manual. I guess that is why the initial installer installed them in series. The new installer is advising me to remover one of the panels and connect the remaining 4 in parallel.

My guess is 1 of Ur panel is 150-180w. it can work for 24v inverter as long as U AV 2 pcs or more in series.
The part of not charging Ur battery well is what U need to pay attention to.
What max wattage do the panels generate,
What is the stated wattage of 1 panel.
How many pcs do U AV on Ur roof.
Which direction (cardinal point) are dey facing.
U might even b using a lead acid battery that has been abused and can't hold charge like before.
What kind of hybrid inverter do U own.

04 is low battery voltage
05 is output short circuit or over temperature detected

There's no grid supply at the moment the user got the error. N the inverter is not coming on. Just charging with panel alone. When she put it on. She got that.

All these Chinese inverter tend to have similar error codes to be honest with you.

Error 05 is abnormal low input voltage. The input may be too low (90v ish) . Check the input voltage. Consider getting an AVR.

Abeg those wey dey use sms hybrid inverter. Weitin error 05 mean.

Unless u use hybrid inverter wey fit accommodate the 240v voc. Other controller that can accommodate such are as expensive as the hybrid inverter itself. Eg 140a powmr CC can take 60-450v. N it's for 24/48v system.

If the battery is charged to the point it disables charging. Connect an AC watt meter to ur inverter output and see if u can pull anything close to 13kw b4 ur battery goes off. While draining ur battery, make sure both solar and AC charger are off. Let's see the result.

Goto fouani website and type jinko in the search, it will show you all jinko panel wattages they have with prices, u can easy buy and have it delivered to your doorstep. This is d easiest and cheapest option of getting an authentic brand new top tier panel.
Others like Canadian, era, JA and co, if you are not careful u might buy sticker or used panel. Unless you buy from authorized seller like techlandsolar etc

It's 1hp, I doubt the installer made a mistake of getting a higher power pump for u. 1.5hp pump is more expensive. The installer probably used a tiny cable. My bros 1.5hp submersible consumes a little over 2kw, which is not meant to b.

250k lifepo4 won't power the borehole but the person asked for the cost of a pack that would power his borehole. Powmr 100a 12v lifepo4 is sold on nairaland for 290k n the cells are eve grade A. Eve cells are expensive and they do 1c. For a 250k pack my best guess is those cells are either 100a 0.5c or 50a 1c cells. which means the BMS inside won't even allow more than 50a in 1hr,
