U could av snapped the inscription. Nonetheless. Reduce ur Ac charger to 20a as it's connected in series. Each battery will b charged at 20a. If all 4 are connected in parallel u wouldn't need to reduce the amp. Ur ac ac charger is a 48v 40a variant and not 12v 40a.

its written @c20 rating. Then recommended maximum charging is 10% of battery capacity. I was thinking since its four battery connected in series 40amps should be okay... but i noticed a low bubbling sound while charging the 4 batteries(tubular)at 40amps current. Is it normal?

Check ur battery for the c rating. 40a is just 0.2c for 200a n would b ok for most battery. Other might b lower than this eg 0.15 n 0.1

Some will still not get u d quality dey promised in the end. Buy ur items ursef n call installer to put them together.

Main concern is that some prices he gave me are much cheaper than what installation engineers quoted. E.g he stated 10kwh felicity lit battery as #1.35m against #1.7m quoted by engineer; felicity 5kva hybrid inverter as 350k against 550k quoted by engineer.

Go for LG or thermocool. I don't like Hisense fridge. Unless u stay in a location where supply of light stays for atleast 8hrs daily. E no dey quick freeze. N wen e freeze sef. D block dey quick melt. It might b d model I got. But I av both Hisense n thermocool n the difference is clear in freezing performance.
