I don't think i can stay a day without making serious use of my phone. And also, i don't think i can do with a phone without data.

The advantage of this to me is that, making use of my phone when am less busy is just like sitting and discussing with alot of friends. So it kills time, It makes me spend less, It gives me joy and happiness, It helps me forget my worries, just like weed .
