I'm also addicted to eating iru work ,the woman I buy from freezes her own here in kwara state ,I can eat 6 -10,. 50 naira tied iru woro,I eat a lot of it ,and I love the smell ,I buy it once it is freshly prepared and freezed.

Is it good to eat the boiled locust bean iru woro , without putting it in soup or using it to cook ,cos at times I eat it iru woro ,I eat a lot cos its nutty and smell good when freshly prepared and fermented.

Sugar has absolutely nothing to do with it, I stayed of sugar and off carbs for a month…had my worse period that month….see a gynecologist, I saw one…he recommended feldene not felvene o!, and cataflam and they went a long way to help…, then pray also….with time it begins to ease actually. These days I hardly use drugs
Some 2 years back…mine was really bad, I use to stool and throw up at d same time, rol on the floor, the whole house, whole hostel used to know when I was on, I used to take Intra venous injections….but thank God now it has eased up….at least its more bearable…

What rubbish ,Chizzy Alichi actually irritates me in almost all her movies I have watched, there is no action in her,she's calling any man acting with her as a fiancee darling ,she always act cool in a situation that needs her to react with an attitude ,she doesn't react to a particular situation in a movie ,for instance where she's supposed to be angry she will kissing,and saying honey ,darling ,she is also shameless,also she was leaking palmoil hands in a movie where she was supposed to act sharply to help that person who was mad.she disgust me.
