Op, to be sincere, i have the same problem like you.

6 months ago my boyfriend said he wanted to join a gym. He still hasn’t.

6 weeks ago he said he was going to go running. I brought him some specially designed running shoes. He hasn’t even got them out the box.

He keeps saying he will start eating healthy, low fat meals every night etc. Tonight he has gone and got his third takeaway of the week.

He gets home from work everyday, cracks open a beer and puts his feet up. He keeps making excuses not to go running, but the usual ones are hes tired, hes had a long day, just wants to relax

Now I am fed up. He had a slight belly when I met him 2 years ago, it didn’t bother me at the time. In fact I hardly noticed it. Now when I watch him get undressed I can barely look. His belly overhangs on his trousers and has practically doubled in size.

I have tried encouragement to exercise, offered to cook low fat meals for him. It never works, I just keep getting given the same false promises. I have tried nagging, telling him I am worried about his health but this just gets met with a stop telling me what to do, and he will end up arguing with me.

I have decided to just leave him to it now. Have come to the conclusion he is just plain lazy and no amount of encouragement or nagging is going to work. I went for a run/walk for an hour this morning and I feel really good for it. Never had a problem with my weight but would like to raise my fitness levels and perhaps tone up a bit. I am determined and if it means I have to do it alone then I will.

I think for most, physical attraction is a component for a lasting relationship, although I have to admit, a good sense of humor can make someone appear more physically attractive. How sad your commitment to the relationship is based on the ability for someone else to change to meet your expectations. I think the whole point of the discussion is, how to cope with or inspire, the person you love unequivocally, to make the healthy choice to live better.

MADRID (Reuters) - Argentina forward Lionel Messi and his father Jorge were ordered on Thursday to appear before a Barcelona court in September after Spanish prosecutors accused the pair of tax fraud.
Earlier in the day, Spanish media reported that an examining magistrate had brought official charges against the Messis but a writ showed the two had been summoned to give evidence.
The magistrate has accepted a complaint from the Catalonia tax crime prosecutor, who has accused Barcelona's World Player of the Year and his father of defrauding the Spanish tax office of more than 4 million euros ($5.4 million).
"The judge has accepted the complaint presented by the prosecutor against Lionel Messi and Jorge Horacio Messi for three alleged crimes against the tax authorities," a statement from the Barcelona court said.
"The acceptance of the case is the next step after a complaint is presented. The court can start to investigate and reach a conclusion as to whether a crime has been committed or not.
"The magistrate has called the accused to give evidence on September 17."
In the Spanish legal system, if the magistrate determines there is sufficient evidence to bring charges, he or she will do so and then proceed with a pre-trial investigation.
The complaint relates to the three tax periods of 2007, 2008 and 2009, the court said.
Two weeks ago, the prosecutor's office said income from the sale of Messi's image rights was effectively hidden from Spanish authorities via a complex web of shell companies in Uruguay, Belize, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The pair could face up to four years in jail if found guilty, according to Spanish law.
"We learned about the action begun by the Spanish prosecutor through the media," Rosario-born Messi, who has been resident in Barcelona since 2000 and gained Spanish citizenship in 2005, wrote in a statement on his official Facebook page at the time.
"It is something that surprises us because we have never committed any offence."

Terrible news for TV fans: James Gandolfini, who played mobster Tony Soprano on HBO's seminal drama "The Sopranos," died suddenly today at the age of 51, Variety is reporting.

Gandolfini was traveling in Italy on vacation when he fell ill; various reports have him suffering a heart attack and a stroke. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Lin, and a son, Michael, from a previous marriage.

He won three Emmys and one Golden Globe for his performance as Tony Soprano on the HBO drama, a conflicted, sometimes villainous role that launched the current wave of TV antiheroes. "The Sopranos" remains HBO's highest-rated series ever, with 13.4 million viewers tuning in for the Season 4 premiere in 2002.
In addition to "The Sopranos," Gandolfini appeared in dozens of movies, including memorable supporting turns in "True Romance," "Get Shorty," and last year's "Zero Dark Thirty."

Gbawe, stop waisting your time explaining to those block heads, their mind has already been program to see every Nigerian in a bad light.

Assuming the guy (Chinedu) is a drug kingpin as some of them said, so why wouldn't the govt of Kenya follow the rule of law and take him to court so he could be judged, and if found guilty, he should be dully punished and his asset confiscated by the Govt.

If we are to believe what is being said about the guy, why couldn't the Govt of Kenya carry out a thorough investigation on him, wire tape, surveillance and so forth.

Why wisk him away in a private jet, without the course of justice taken place. There's a lot of conspiracy within the Govt of Kenya, and all this is just for them to lay hands on his assets. It is totally unjust!

You can't franchise a multi-national company like that. You can create a subsidiary, but I doubt they'll allow the franchising of their name especially in a "virgin" territory.

Off course it can be franchise, and i think it is... Inter- Continental hotel in some countries i have visited were franchise.

Even the Sheraton hotel in some countries i visited was franchise too. I can give you list of those country if you wish and you can make your research.
