Absolutely poor customer service. I complained but he got all defensive. I just did my last transaction with him. I wonder if it's because I petty transactions with him.

But then again, I do trades with Amazon. As big as Jeff bezos (Amazon boss worth over $150 billion) is, I do send him emails (to: jeff@amazon.com) whenever I get hiccups with my transactions on Amazon and I get a response from his team within a few hours. That's absolutely fast for a company with over 100 million customers.

This dude @Ibraheem009 sometimes doesn't respond or read his whatsapp message even when he is online.

If you don't treat customers nicely, your business will sink.

I'm totally against the abuses and all perpetrated by the reverred musician but I opine thus:

All those folks were benefitting from him all those years and kept quiet. Now, they aren't getting those benefits anymore and they saw how the Cosby affair went so they congregated and made a video out of it and are now playing the victim.

If they're as honest as they claim to be, they should have sacrificed those benefits and spoken up right away. Secondly, I daresay that it's the parent's fault when a minor is exposed to abuse in such a manner.
